Blake W was at the door greeting and was extremely helpful and courteous as he guided me through the most helpful for home and travel organization bins and color coded files. One of the most personable and knowledgeable salesperson that I have had the pleasure of meeting with for these needs!
Rob had a wealth of knowledge on several items. He was courteous, helpful in a variety of ways. We were at Best Buy previously looking for a printer and laptop looking at each for some time but several sales associates kept talking in a group. We decided Office Depot. What a major difference. Some one greeted you was available and actually knew details. I would highly recommend you try Office Depot on Clayton Rd in Richmond Heights. The store isn’t as up to date as BB but the knowledge is way ahead of Best Buy for sure
I went into the store needing ink immediately. The associate working the register was kind. He found a manager to help me. He was very knowledgeable, found the ink and I got a discount. Got home went to put it in but is was the wrong size. Next day went back to the store had the same manager help me with the return. He was rude. Seemed very upset that I was returning the ink. What I need elf was more expensive and I asked if it was on sale, told him I had two discount codes. He stated there was no sale. And handed me my money. He didn’t count it just through it in my hand. I said thank you sir and he did not respond. His jester spoke louder than any words he could have spoken. I took my money drove to the Micro Center and purchased in for over half the price. I realize many place are short staffed and not everyone has a good day but it doesn’t give anyone the right to be rude. It will be a long time before I visit office depo again
I visited on a Sunday morning and the store was really quiet and when I walked in there was a team member at the door named Chad. He was very helpful and walked me to the office chairs. I sat in a few and picked out a desk and chair I liked. I found another team member who happened to be the store manager I forgot his name. I happened to forget my tape mesure but the store manager was very understanding and walked accross the store to get one and measured the table for me. I ended up buying it and the store manager had the desk brought up front where chad checked me out. The chair was out of stock but they were able to order me one and set it up for delivery. Overall I’m very impressed with the level of service and will be coming back more often.
New store manager Travis at Richmond Heights location does a wonderful job! I believe the minimum price of $2.50 for 1 print copy or anything is a corporate decision and not a store only policy. Maybe signs at counter that no one? could possibly miss may help some of these 1 star comments. All you 1 star raters.. it is a new day! Nothing good or even simple is free or even cheap! Buy a copier for your car you don't like this policy. Most business owners know operating a business since 2020 is difficult on good days!!!!? Again, Travis & team great job with a great attitude. Was able to get what I needed the same day I needed it and complete my job on time. First location didn't have it, but looked it up in their system and told me where I could go to pick it up. Fast and friendly service.
Excellent store on Big Bend. Staff is amazing and the options are excellent. Always find items I did not expect to find in the store. So nice to shop in person and have someone assist you when you have questions.
Our visit to Office Depot in Richmond Heights was truly a great experience. We worked with Rob who was very knowledgable and very friendly. Customer service was above and beyond
I love the store on Big Bend near Clayton Road. Always helpful staff and always has exactly what I need. Not fancy, but efficient and so easy to run in and out.
if i could give it a zero i would ! DO NOT WORK OR COME HERE YALL ! the new store manager Travis is very rude and disrespectful. He’s racist and made all the black people quit because of this. Treats workers and costumers poorly
