I had to have documents printed from my phone; I was having difficulty and the manager went the extra mile with me and got it done perfectly. I very much appreciate his level of customer service. This experience far outshines anything I have received at other similar stores. I also found the help of the cashier very good. This store has earned my future business.

My boss bought a printer/scanner that we later found out wasn't compatible with our operating system. After HOURS of trying to fix it I called Kyle. He literally came to the house and got us all set up. Stuff I didn't understand but it's working. Their customer service is impeccable. Staff excellent. And Kyle is a gem. This is for a business so my boss was dead in the water until Kyle went above and beyond. I just had knee surgery so I couldn't drive. I cannot say enough about this store and employees. My boss also said Kyle was WELL VERSED in all the products he sold. Great job. You have a customer for life. He needs a raise. Kj

I was very impressed with how attentive the associates are in the store. They asked if I found everything I was looking for and helped me find them. I came in for one thing but bought several others because of price and availability.

Great store in terms of selection and price. The store manager, Kyle, is top notch and went way beyond exceeding my expectations. Far more customer focused than competitors. Good value and outstanding service!
Kyle, the GM went out of his way to help us out, not once, not twice, but 3 times. I ordered a filing cabinet online for my office and it came with the wrong parts. He gave us a brand new one, then we had an issue with the new one. Needless to say, Kyle and staff went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you for all you did!!!
