Customer service for printing and copying is EXCELLENT. I am always treated as a valued customer and the staff goes out of their way to be sure that what is delivered is exactly what is needed and is on time. They even help me to realize savings through the use of coupons.
Very helpful staff. Took their time and honored a sale price. So often people treat you like you are not important. Not so at this store. Great experience.
This review is directed strictly about the worker Laureen. We use Office Depot printing department fairly often and usually get the most helpful people, but Laureen was extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. She was also training someone new which I think is the saddest part. I think they should both shadow Serena. She is the best in the department. I could go on and on about how amazing Serena is. Laureen could learn a lot on general kindness from her.
My daughter and I went in to get a couple things and Serena was so nice... She greeted us, she was busy with another customer, so Hawk helped us find our items, then Serena rung us up!
Absolutely terrible customer service, refused to honor a 5-year warranty on THEIR brand office chair that's less than a year old because their purchase history doesn't go past 30 days, go figure.. Employees just argued with me and seemed careless about helping me at all
I went into have them return a package that I received from FedEx and they could not help me. They sent me to the FedEx office. They are very busy and I don't think I got the attention that I deserved.
Store employees were very helpful in search of our product and assisted us with purchase out to our vehicle

Serena is an exceptional employee! She truly cares about doing a good job. She is consistently professional, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Finding that kind of customer service, especially at a printing center, is unheard of. I will only come to this Office Depot!
