I placed a same day pickup order for business cards at a different Office Depot location. Unfortunately their systems were down and they weren't able to access my order. I was referred to this location to resolve the issue. The workers were friendly and able to walk me through the process of canceling my previous order and reordering through them. To my surprise, they were able to fulfill my order right away and threw in extra business cards on top of what I ordered. The business cards came out nice and I really appreciate that they were able to expedite the service for me.
I was purchasing ink cartridge, and looking forward to using my reward point for 4 returned cartridges. The cashier explained the point was not available in the system, he called for assistance to have a manager check for the points. I respect and appreciate how he handle the situation. The answer was NO, but he handled the situation professional and respectful.
Chris at the checkout is excellent at his position. I have been coming in 2-3x/week for 3 weeks for boxes for our upcoming move. He has helped me on most occasions. He is thorough with counting the boxes and always very pleasant and helpful.I’m happy to see him working since he is so consistent. Well done Chris!!
Super helpful regarding the work that I needed for my business today! making the appropriate copies in the dimensions and sizing required by city in their permitting review process is never easy! Office Depot make this happen with the assistance of the associate Tony! Thanks and I’ll be back!
The front desk assistant Scott is an excellent and compassionate employee in Tyrone St. Petersbug who goes out of his way to help his customer in the Printing department!!! The credit card for Office Depot requires the unsuspecting card user to fax a copy of an addressed letter to your own business to prove your card is actually being used by you. This was not told to me, until, I attempted to use my business card at the store. Consequently, when I attempted to charge $12 it was declined numerous times even after a number of calls to corporate. For God's sake they wasted an hour of my work time and offered me no renumeration or positive reward for the torture corporate put me through. The desk people however went out of their way to try and help me over corporates hurdles. If you get an Office Depot charge card prepare for their fun and games all at your expense!
The employee at the printing department was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He actually helped save me money on my project. I couldn't be happier.
Needed a simple copy of a screen shot and it turned out a complete wasted of my time. The young lady trying nicely to help was squashed and over shadowed by a very rude supervisor who told me I was SOL! Went to a local pack and send and I had it in less than 5 minutes! Service much better there!
we were having difficulty finding a new router which would be compatible with our Spectrum-provided modem. Our salesman, Nick, steered us in the right direction, without hesitation. Very knowledgeable!
Great customer service. I was greeted when I entered the store and was assisted in locating the item I needed. Very courteous and professional staff.
I am limited with my time, and whenever I need anything they help me find it right away! They check prices for me and make sure I get the best deals. Everyone at this store is friendly and very helpful! I am always greeted with a smile!
