I was very impressed with the professionalism of this location.  Especially that of both Vanessa and Itali from the service center.  They both knew what I needed and I didn’t even have to come back for my product, waited for about 15mins, which has never been the case at this location.  So what ever they are doing, keep up the good work!!!

Been working with O.D. Sylmar for years and years, for the usual stuff, I don;t do ratings.... This was a unique case, and O.D. Print Team hit it out of the park and saved the day! Thank you to M and K !!!!  Was in again recently, 1/10 the store manager assisted with a tech hardware purchase, thank you appreciated the quick service when I was in a hurry for my customer!

Well stocked, clean, orderly, well lit, odorless store. Staffs are knowledgeable, respectful, professional and friendly. Plenty of parking spaces, clean and no scattered pushcarts.

Staff members are very helpful. They will usually come to you to offer help, and will also let you know about the other services, discounts, and promos they have.

With the right person to help you, like Tim, one of the persons that helped me with buying a printer, you will love this store. He didn't have the printer I wanted but walked me through buying it online and then I picked it up at another Office Depot. People make the difference

Office Depot is a very good place to shop, plenty of options to purchase items, and they have the great place to scan documents and print items.

I had to pick up supplies for my employer, being my first time I wasn't familiar with the place but one of your associates helped me expedite my purchases without missing a beat.
