Witnessed multiple staff yelling at a young man at the front cashier station that he needed to stand up. Almost nobody else was in the store and it didn't seem necessary for this guy to be standing while waiting for customers. The staff yelling didn't give this guy a job to do, just yelled from across the store that he needed to stand. One guy yelling seemed to be a manager since he was wearing a suit. I don't see why he had to stand or why it was necessary to shout across the store. Staff was kind to me personally Holly at the printing area was great and didn't yell, but jeez, way to make your store a terrible place to work. I promise it makes no difference to me as a customer if your staff is comfortably seated while they ring me up. I don't know this kid but I hope he learns not every workplace is like this.
The employees are always very friendly and helpful. One helped me find the ink I needed and another took care of my newsletter copy job much faster than I could have done with self-service. SO worth the extra 7cents/page!! I’m always satisfied after my visits to this store.

The store is always clean, the staff works very hard, and it's a joy to shop at OfficeMax. Thanks for a job well done. I would like to thank all of the staff and their exceptional Leadership at this store. They are doing a great job. Vania assisted me two days in a row when I visited the store. Her service was EPIC and she is knowledgeable, helpful, and very proficient. In closing, thanks again, Office Max Team for the excellent job you do day in and day out. I applaud you.
Their tech support desk has always been very helpful with very reasonable pricing. They've worked on a few laptops for me, replacing hard drives, etc... Highly recommend
Overall good experience. Nice selection of printer ink, desks, folders/binders etc. Odd things I would not have thought about not realizing I needed such as coffee, creamer etc was nice to find and even could have had a better selection of now that I think of it. Beautiful desk options and some nice chairs, too. Only complaint was that the bathroom needed some attention. Overall, convenient and the customer service was great.
Employees have ZERO customer service. Very rude and unhelpful never once asked if I needed help or even to say hello. The cashier was rude and didn’t even make eye contact or ask if I needed help with my items
Office Max in Arroyo Grande is great for printing things. The staff are super helpful, and the quality of printing is excellent.

Gerrod is knowledgeable reliable and professional. Gerrod is Manager material, make sure he's paid like it.
The Print/Copy Department was very helpful and the young lady so sweet.
