As far as Office Maxes go, it's good, you'll get what you expect. Most of the time it is rather slow, so if more than one customer wants to check out it can back up. High discount sales like for back to school stuff, think $0.01 notebooks are often not clearly marked, or are halfway to the back of the store - even if they are on the front of the circular. Service is friendly, but seems to be following a script.
They were very helpful with me printing off my prints for an art sale I had recently. James and John helped me out and were very understanding when there were printing errors and got the problem fixed up immediately.
The place is closing... Sadly even with clearance pricing they are still more expensive than amazon on most evening.
Went there for the closing down sale. Lacking items as expected.
