Miracle was amazing today! She needs a raise!! I came in at 7:30 right before closing and I was struggling with technical difficulties, she was so patient with me and the 4 other customers who needed her at the same time. She was all by her self and tackling her tasks gracefully and with such professionalism and patience for each person. I left and there are still 3 customers there, she is working past closing time without even a complaint. She is a asset to this store and amazingly pleasant in a stressful environment. I hope she is appreciated and appropriately rewarded with raises and CASH bonuses. She definitely deserves more that a pat on the back or a THANK YOU.
These guys cant punch holes in paper correctly! Today I needed a few certifications added to my portfolio and I asked the staff to punch the holes needed to do so. After watching them screw it up about 6 times on test paper they stuck my important documents in and destroyed them by punching it misaligned. The best they could do to compensate me was steal blank parchment paper from a box on the shelf that was for sale. Looks like the next person to buy that pack of parchment will be a few sheets short. Completely unprofessional and incompetent staff. Find another place to get important paperwork done!
My g babies and I ran in real quick to get ink for our printers at my husband and I office. Made it a game. I gave the kids the number I needed, made them look for them in and out. The young lady who checked us out was really nice!!
Had what I needed, and a variety of options. That's all it really takes to make me a happy cutomer. On top of that though the sales associate was really nice. Like a person. Not an employee. Customer service might be a short interaction, but it can slightly alter the day's trajectory positively or negatively. She was a positive part of the day. HighFive parade and bonuses all around.
Excellent customer service. The Killeen Office Max staff is always very pleasant, professional and courteous. They go the extra mile to make sure you are treated as a valued customer.
Any mailing or shipping needs done quick and cheap, and not stuck in a line all the time. Even if it’s busy you can check in on your phone and go shopping or anything else besides being stuck in line.

Ordered printer ink online for store pick up. My order was ready in 20 minutes and all I had to do was walk up to the online order station, grab and go. Super easy, efficient and fast. Would highly recommend.
Manager that is working today 2/20/23 at 3:30 is very rude. He is a tall heavier set white man with long hair. Very unprofessional with myself and other customers. I asked a simple question and it sounded as if he was mad and bothered.
Good prices and customer service. Also the store is not crowded
