We arrived at the cemetery without an appointment, hoping to find 4 grandparents' graves. Wow! On Saturday morning, Colleen was able to locate and direct us to the exact locations of 4 unmarked grave sites. We were so pleased with her service! Now we have a renewed connection to Lake Park Cemetery in Youngstown, Ohio. Thank you!

It will be 5 years this July since my dad passed. We chose Lake Park because it’s close to where we lived for 60+years. I have called every year about the grounds not being kept up, potholes through the entire cemetery, front entrance has no landscaping, looks very unappealing. I’ve been told for 5 years they are working on it. I love to visit my dad often and it just is unsettling it looks so disrespectful.

It has been almost a year since my dad passed. It was a little slow getting the drawer marker installed on the "Niche" in the Masoleum. But after 1 in-person visit to the office, Mike took excellent care of us in a very timely manner.

I would really like to have an answer on why the mosolium would not be open on memorial day ?? My grandfather served this country.. and I can't even get in the door or have my phone call answered.!! Very unhappy with the staff on this subject.

Cemetery doesnt keep up with grounds but when they do, they destroy all flowers and wreaths and flags and plants that are next to graves. Unfortunate.

Nobody answers the phone. Grandma died in October and she still has no stone at her site. Can’t get answers as to when and why
