I bought a watch the other day and it is perfect. The guy that was helping me even called a couple days later to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. I love the attention I was given!
Great store with awesome selection and outstanding customer service. Brandon really knew his stuff and was very generous with his time even though I was still early in my considering process. He helped me narrow down my wish list and try on a bunch of options and then did great follow up as well. All while being warm and courteous with a passion for the brand and products without being arrogant or condescending. Highly recommend if you're thinking of getting a Panerai.
I bough the Panerai Luminor Due PAM00676 here and the salesperson then told me how the movement was manufacture by entirely by Panerai. Don't get me wrong, I love this watch. I checked Panerai's website just now and it says: "Hand-wound mechanical, P.1000 calibre, executed entirely by Panerai..." When I flip my watch to look at the caseback, I see the ValFleurier three letter date stamp at the edge next to the balance wheel. It is a ValFleurier movement, yet Panerai claims it is their own? There's a difference between not mentioning to clients that Panerai does not makes its own movement, and saying that a mouvement in manufactured in-house although it's not. It's straight up lie. Now if Panerai is lying about things like this, then what more? Do your research before buying one of their overpriced watches.
Service sucks. Replica Panerais are running rampant and they will not visually inspect watches even for a fee. Panerai has done nothing to stop replica production and makes collecting these watches treacherous. Just save thousands and buy replicas as Panerai doesn't care. It's no wonder sales have dropped precipitously with this brand.

Guy was extremely pompous even though I was there to directly buy a band for my watch. He lied, tried to get me to buy the wrong thing and get rid of me. Needs a lot of training for the salesman that I sealed with.
The online store hours stated open Sundays until 5 pm, however, after arriving the store was closed on Sundays. One would believe a Beverly Hills location on Rodeo Dr. would post acccurate store availability with corresponding days.
Brandon the assistant manager is great! Knowledgeable, professional and kind. Beautiful store.
