I deleted the pickles in the app but the details were missed again. I often stop in Ogallala for fuel on my trips west. This was my 3rd visit at this DQ since late April. On the 1st visit in April, they forgot the bacon in the Bacon Two Cheese Deluxe burger. Apparently, the gal missed the word “bacon”. On the 2nd visit in May, they only put small pieces of bacon, so the 3rd and most recent visit, I just ordered a Double Cheeseburger since it wasn’t worth the difference, but my pickle deletion was missed. The boy at the counter also didn’t give me my drink cup so I had to ask for it. What’s worst is the lack of smiles at this place, a rarity for Nebraska. Moreover, this place is stingy with their onion rings. So, instead of the 3rd time being the charm, it’ll be the last time at this restaurant. I waited to spend my money on Nebraska when I was already hungry in Colorado. If I want mediocrity, I would have gone to McDonald’s. At least they haven’t put pickles in my burger lately.
The staff was amazing. They got our order correct, was so nice about it. There was the sweetest lady there, she was wearing an oxygen tank. That lady deserves a big raise! Such friendly staff. Good hot food.Food: 5/5
We are fans of DQ & this location was wonderful! We both had blizzards & enjoyed chatting with the staff. We went inside & I was pleasantly surprised to see that they sell dilly & buster bars along with ice cream cakes. Food: 5/5
Came at 9:45 dairy Queen close at 10 I was there and everyone hide them self just because they don’t want to do business also I horn my car so many times in drive-thruv still it’s crazy kids wants ice cream late. Please guys get up and do some business. Stop doing this.
Last minute decision between Lincoln and Denver for dinner and it was SO good. Chicken was hot and flavorful and employees were very nice.Food: 5/5
Had soft ice cream and that was it - seems crazy to spend over $6.00 USD for a small and medium cone - but it was hot and we were craving ice cream. DQ ice cream is okay but it has a lot of “ingredients” so I wouldn’t have it too much. Staff were friendly.

Went through drive through on our way to a doctor's appointment. They'd forgotten a part of our order but said they'd remake it for us on our way back through. This worked for us because we had planned on coming back for a cake. The employees were all very nice.
