Promote the best interests of all children in the Family Court System
Court Appointed Special Advocates-People who believe children deserve every chance at a safe, loving permanent home.
CASA volunteers are trained community volunteers, who are appointed by a judge to speak up for abused and neglected children in Court
With the information provided by CASA volunteers, Judges are able to make more informed decisions as to what is best for the child.
CASA volunteers work with the attorneys, and social workers. They research records, talk to the child, the parents, the family members and the foster family. The CASA volunteer takes the information that they learn and presents a recommendation to the Court.
CASA volunteers offer children trust and advocacy during complex legal proceedings.
Our mission is to promote the best interests of all children in the Family Court system by advocating in the community and providing a trained volunteer to act as a consistent voice to the Court so all children have a safe, loving and permanent home.
