I purchased two machines from Slot Machines Unlimited. 1 was a Williams machine and the other was a Double Diamond. Chris sent me a video and picture of each machine before it was shipped. Hard to find service like that! It made me feel comfortable with my purchase. When I received my machines of course I had some questions. The best part about it was that Chris didn't answer but two minutes later his brother is calling me back.... they keep their word on their site is what I'm getting at. Great small family business

Fantastic company. Every time I get the pleasure of working with Slot Machines Unlimited I’m never disappointed. Chris places customer satisfaction at the top of his priority list. There have been times I’ve called late into the evening and even though he’s at home with his family, he takes the time to answer my call. Even though Chris is not a technician, he’s quick to get in touch with his brother for assistance, regardless of the time of day. They have the proficiency of a large corporation but care for each individual customer like a small town family business. You just don’t get the best of both worlds these days. At Slot Machines Unlimited they know what they’re doing.
