OhioHealth Urgent Care Delaware

My experience has always been prompt and efficient with Ohio Health Urgent Care - Delaware. Yesterday was no exception, I went in with some serious concerns and the Dr. Ratliff was quick to see me and had a great bedside manner. I did not wait more than a few minutes to be seen and was given a full exam. Due to my reasoning for going to urgent care it was strongly advised I go to the ER. I opted to go to Lewis Center. Thank you Dr. Glenn Ratliff and staff.

I was in and out in no time. My condition was acknowledged and managed quickly and professionally. The receptionist was a bit cold, but the medical staff was warm and friendly and caring. Top notch care!

I’ve stopped into this urgent care many of times. They knew me right off the bat and right then I knew it was going to be another great experience. They always make sure I’m taken care of and never have any issues. Super super friendly doctors. Thank you!

This is unfortunately the second time we’ve been here this week. First for my husband and now for me. It was easy to schedule and wait time was great. The staff and practitioners were excellent. I’m glad there’s a close place to our house when we need there services.

Since when do urgent cares book up and need appointments to get in. 10/10 don’t recommend if you actually have an urgent need. I guess just fill their emergency rooms up instead.

I’m not sure why there are as many negative reviews as there are here. Our experience today was smooth, pleasant, and extremely helpful. Yes, there are wait times, but just call ahead to see what the wait is if that is a major concern for you. Also, keep in mind that you will need to wait in the car until they call to let you know a room is ready for you. Our wait in the car was about 20 minutes and the wait inside was not bad either. But we also didn’t feel like we were being rushed or pushed out the door during the visit. Our nurse tonight was so sweet to my 4-year-old son, and the Nurse Practitioner I believe her name is Jen was very knowledgeable, diagnosed my son very quickly, and provided us with all the info, prescriptions, and care instructions we needed. I left with all my questions answered. I’m very thankful I chose to bring my son here.

Went there at 8pm, no patients in the lobby, but they refused to see my son, stating that they are booked.

The LPN here is very good. She knows her stuff and takes time to listen to the patients so she can help the best way possible.
