Ok Magic Car Wash Inc

I don't have any complaints or compliments since I bought a deal for $10 on Groupon. But they did not triple wax, armor all tires or hot wax my car, which Groupon says they will.

It is quick and you do get the free car wash but make sure you fully understand the pricing. The staff there may not be able to fully explain it to you. seems that many cars and oils don't fall under the price that's advertised. To be honest when I had this issue the owner reached out without 40 min offering to rectify so I do give credit where credit is due.

Worst experience I've ever had trying to get an oil change and car wash! Before I even pulled into the work area the employee stated there is an extra $30 surcharge. Then he stated there would be a 25$ extra fee the special filter that is "required" for my vehicle. The employees here are constantly trying to throw random not agreed upon fees your way. I left in a haste, never going back and I suggest you stay far away as well!Service: Oil change

Owner adds on bogus fees that go straight into their pocket. Do not trust a place that has hidden fees when it cost then nothing to adjust the signage. Dishonest business.

They are so unprofessional and worst service. I wouldn’t be going back. I paid the premium price and they did a horrible job washing my car.Services: Vacuuming

Please do not purchase a Groupon voucher. It is NOT A deal. After you get your oil change and send your bill to the register,they inform you that you’ll be paying an additional $12 due to inflation and that its temporary yet it’s been going on for two months. The worker kept saying she’s Been asking her boss to make a note on Groupon because customers keep complaining but he won’t change it.Service: Oil change

Went with a Groupon. Service was good, free car wash was not bad. What I didnt like was the urgency of the person changing the oil. He informed me I had a problem with the engine and the old oil was black. Duh, that's typically the color for oil after 3 months on an older vehicle. He wanted me to to buy an additive for $68. I assumed he did not put the oil in as yet, but he said he already did and this was just an additive. Definitely did not like the upsell. Went to Auto Zone and got a bottle of Liqui Moly for $12 which I do every few oil changes anyway.

These bait n switchers "Magic Car Wash & Lube" are enabled by Groupon. Like several other reviews they ask for another $12 over the actual cost of your Groupon" or really whatever they want at the time. Absentee owner and employees who blame the owner for these unknown add on fees. Groupon has lost my respect for not investigating dirty businesses like this!

I wish I could give 0 star. Horrible. The just wash the outside of my car. Did not vacuum inside. I read the other views and still give them a try. They also say their open at 8 , but it’s actually 9. My car mats are still dirty.

The car wash was done well, However as soon as you get out of the car a woman meets you too give you your ticket outside it says $7 all day long if you pay cash however she doesn't ask if you're paying cash she'll automatically give you a ticket for $9. When you get to the register even if you pay cash they'll charge you the $9 that's on the receipt. My husband came home and showed me the receipt I took it back the girl did the same exact thing to me when it was time to pay I gave her my husband's receipt and told her to do the deduct the $2 from his for mine! LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT KNOW WHAT YOUR PAYING
