Was here at 7:45. 8:10 and no one is here. Supposedly open 8 to 8. This one is closest to me but I have the worst experience with this one. Left at 8:20 still not open. I have a membership as well.
This car wash used to be good, I have a pass that I pay 25-30 bucks for. For over 2 months I’ve seen that they have skimped out on their soap and there is no hot wax anymore. I go to any other OKIE express they will lather my vehicle and use hot wax under the same membership pass. Management needs to fix this asap.
Never going back to this location. After going thru 3 times to get wax residue off from the first time thru, the children running the place said they had to.call someone out to fix it. Still running cars thru even after knowing there was an issue. Went to another Okie express and got it off first wash. Was never offered a refund or anything in mustang.
They're very great here. The brushes have never scratched my car and they keep everything very clean. The unlimited car wash deal is worth it and my car comes put spotless everytime, an added plus is that they have a very nice awning area where you can vacuum your car out for free and they also have air guns to get the dirt out of your a/c vents. The vacuums are very powerful and will get the dirt thats deep in your carpet. Would recommend 10/10
Wash does a good job, special pricing / promotion makes it a no brainer to sign up. Several metro locations. Good vacuums, clean well lit locations. The people that guide in can be overly aggressive waiving you into the wash, I don't want to be 6" from the back of the vehicle in front of me. Overall, this is the best wash / value in the metro.

$41 for a wash that did't even remotely get my car clean.
Very unsatisfied. It’s really unfortunate, I originally enjoyed and really liked the car washes and their locations throughout the metro. I’ve had monthly unlimited washes for several months, recently the facility has not been very clean, trash cans for, several vacuums do not work, this is common between the Southwest 104th location and the Mustang location, I am in the process of canceling my monthly and looking elsewhere for a car wash. I had emailed to get a new window sticker and change credit card information‘s and customer service never responded.
Had a bit of an issue where their "tire pusher" broke my valve stem on the tire. They quickly apologized, paid for the repair in full, and gave us a handful of free washes for our time. Good honest people.
Love the air gun. Helps get the salt, from McDonald's fries, out of the tiny holes and crevices in the seats.
