Okie Express is by far the best car wash I've seen! I love that they have multiple locations, and my membership allows me to go to either one of them. Great job guys!

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR DONT GO HERE. Went here before and loved it. Decided to give it another try, bad decision. Left my car covered in scratches that I now have to go pay to get buffed out. Extremely disappointed and will not ever be returning. If you want to keep your car nice, I would not recommend going here. They are not willing to help you if anything happens to your vehicle and blames it all on you when something happens. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money.

I got the most expensive car wash because just got back from a long road trip and car was covered in bugs. Kinda disappointed I had to clean my windows after the wash because it didn't clean them well but.. Nice attendant said I could rewash my car for free, too many people on the weekend so I passed.

Seriously THE worst. Rude employees that have no sense of customer service skills.  Whatever you do, don’t buy a membership. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. Apparently employees don’t get trained to know how to do anything. Nobody answers calls or emails. I’ve reached out to at least 10 locations over several months.  The Norman location hung up on me because he didn’t know what to do.Told me I needed to wait over an hour. Another location said I had to wait until tomorrow? So frustrating!

Great place if you never have to deal with management. Never had an issues with the car wash it’s self but when I went to cancel my monthly membership they said it was canceled but here we are 5 months later and I can’t get ahold of anyone. 3 months ago I was told a refund was on my way……. I guess it got lost.

I just have to say I’m super impressed by the service at Okie Car Wash in Norman off of Main St!! Eli was so helpful with my membership sign up. I pressed the help button and he ran straight to me. Then today, David was so helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this Oki Car Wash!!!! Thank you Eli and David!!Services:&nbsp;Polishing

Fast efficient staff. Clean facility that's easy yo use. Free vacuum cleaners are a plus. I recommend the manager special.

Manager, David is great!  I came unprepared with a stuff in my truck bed.  It was busy, but David hustled up into my bed and got it prepared for the wash without holding up traffic.  He very professional.

I’ve always felt a little haggled when I come here, but today David did a great job of talking to me about unlimited washing and not making me feel forced. Gladly signed up, he deserved every cent of the commission!
