I travel often on greyhound there's s always something going on but, overall the rides are pretty smooth but the problem is the staff in Dallas Texas that have some filthy mouth and can't control themselves it's pretty sad cuz there are children around but other than that it's all good
The worst ever experience in my life! Not only did my e-ticket wind up costing me more. I still had to pay more for my mandatory disabled medication medical equipment Walker service animal equipment everything billfold stubs to identify my luggage literally everything except myself and my service animal! And you want me to give you a good review and high marks! Why don't you give the service your promise. And settle the complaints that have been posted on the website email telephone multiple times and places, email and I can't remember what else. And still you do nothing and have no customer satisfaction. What you going to do about it now? Good luck Greyhound
Dropped off a aquantance. Looks decent enough. Not in a good area . Getting in and out can be interesting, depending on the time of day. And if it's a weekend thr hours are not posted. Just found out that the open at 6pm .. caution about the time it opens and closes
I hope Greyhound is profitable and continues in business forever. They service segments of our society that would be lost or in trouble without them. Godspeed Greyhound Bus Lines!!!!
Woman behind the desk was one of the rudest people. Refused to listen to anything anyone said, and gives the entire company a bad name. Can't believe she hasn't been fired. 1:22pm wednesday January 18th 2023.
Like most stations, it was downtown and lots of vagrants afoot. Outside was rundown but usable. I was there to receive a friend but bus was more than an hour and half behind schedule on a 9 hr trip...inside was clean, stocked vending machines, and very cold. No complaints as ot was 97+ outside!. Overall, it was a typical greyhound station experience with nothing good or bad to truly say.
This is the single most disgusting bus station I have ever laid eyes on. The women's bathroom looked like a horror movie meets skid row! Yuk! Something has to be done about this asap! Why won't they fix it?!?!?! I almost cried when I stepped foot in there. If anyone died in there they would not even notice. The health department has to go around to all the Greyhound stations and fix things. Not all of them are like that but this one is the worst I have ever been to.
The station is nice, employees kind of amusing doing announcements. Food and beverages available inside. Not just snack machines!
Bus from Nashville to OKC. OKC's station was dirty, disorganized, many homeless people inside and out. One employee, that I saw. Unload the bus yourself. Did not see security. Did not feel safe. Would not use after dark. The bus and drivers were great though.
If I could leave negative review I would. Every bus has been many hours late at least 4 hours. Total joke. This has to be the worst company in the US bar none. Incompetent management. Workers fine, but omg how to do mess up by multiple hours every time ?
