Old Bridge Exxon

This was my first time stopping here. The employee at the register was really nice. He even left the register to grab me something from the cooler. The store is clean. The parking lot was clean and well lit, as it was 9 pm. Stop by and give them your business.

06/28/22 at 10 pm. A heartless human being works here! We’re in the middle of emergency, my husband tried to get gas with all the left over coins that he can finds in the car so that he can comes and get me. The “person” who worked there didn’t want to take the rest of his coins. He just wanted to take quarters!. Pennies and nickels are currency too!!!! My husband explained the situation and asked that “person” nicely to please take the coins because he really needs the gas and that “person” started to curse him with “F words” until the other customer trying to defend on my husband but that “person” ended up cursing the other customer too. Heartless!!!

Their equipment was broken which I found out after I put my money in the machine. No sign up or anything. I went in and told the cashier who passed me to another person. This person said something that was so rude to me I won't even repeat it here. They are ignorant have no customer service.

My wife stopped to get gas this morning and the pump malfunctioned with an unknown amount probably 2 or 3 gallons spilling onto the concrete. Once she got the pump shut off, she went into the store to speak with the attendant. She met the attendant and was told that it was because she was sitting in her car. No mention that the pump may have actually malfunctioned. My wife was not really looking for a price adjustment, but a little compassion from the attendant would have been appreciated. Apparently, looking through the reviews, this is an issue that has happened a number of times before. I also stopped at the station and was basically the same time, that it was my wife's problem side she was sitting in the car.

If you're going for gas, it's fine. If you're going for the car wash don't expect too much. I still had dirt on the back of my truck. It doesn't get the windows very clean.

Good customer service. Prices are somewhat higher than other stations in the area.

After waiting ten minutes for the very slow pump to fill my tank, the pump malfunctioned and did not automatically stop so gas overflowed onto the concrete. I estimated about a gallon of gas had spilled based on how many gallons my tank usually takes and how many gallons it said it dispensed. I met with the manager and he told me there was no way it was a gallon of gas because if it had been that much it would have spilled much further away and could not have been more than a dollar of spillage. He did not apologize for the pump malfunction or in any way attempt to rectify the situation. I let it go but will not be returning to this Exxon station.

Just wanted to comment on the customer service that I received when attempting to fix a slight mistake I had at the pumps when trying to request a receipt and instead ordering a car wash, I proceeded to call the next day to resolve the matter and the manager I spoke with was every-bit the model employee! helped me locate a receipt and returned the money for the car wash I mistakenly ordered I ride a motorcycle. He was polite, quick and professional! they've got a good staff here.

Always reasonable gas prices. Car wash. Convenience store. Maybe I am the only one who cares, but they do keep the grounds "generally" maintained. Slightly above average cleanliness. Not sure about a public restroom. Wish it had access to the neighboring strip mall.

Great service, and fair prices for gas. Love using the Exxon/Mobil SpeedPass app to pay for gas using my phone. I find the staff here are generally more friendly and engaging than other filling stations in the area, which is why I keep coming back! My only criticism is with the car wash. During a recent visit, the machine didn’t do a very good job of rinsing off the soap from the crevices on top and sides of my vehicle. There was so much soap on the vehicle after the wash was completed that I had to go to the BP next door and use their touchless car wash to rinse off the soap from the Exxon car wash note: I don’t have a good way to rinse my vehicle at home, so had to do the second car wash. I thought I could expect better than this for a fully-loaded car wash costing as much as it did.
