I want to thank the employee or receptionist who attended or answers the incoming call on 8-18-2020 . She was very professional , courteous and had excellent communication skills . As busy as she sounded, what I could overhear over the phone . She still took her time with out rushing me to answer all my questions in regards to the distribution of sand bags and getting the department of cleaning water works to send a group of employees to clean the street drain in my subdivision before the depression will ford turns into a hurricane . With this pandemic going out everyone seems to be rushing or rude instead on slowing down and patient. Stay strong and be safe. Most of be pro active and don’t wait until the last minute.
There is no public swim during the week in mcallen for poor people. Only private lessons if you can afford it.
Friendly staff, but be patient. You will be helped, but you might run into a bit of the run-around before you find the right person to talk to. Facility is clean and well maintained.
After the renovation, this place became something else. Have to warn you, however, the relaxed lifestyle of the valley runs deep in the veins of some of the clerks. Just be patient. :
Beautiful and very clean nursing home. Great nurses and friendy staff. Overall, great experience.
