We offer country breakfast food items - you can pretty much get any type of breakfast food you can possibly think of from us - we have eggs, bacon, sausage (links and patties), french toast, hash brown casserole, home fries, pancakes, scrapple, sausage gravy, you name it! We serve breakfast until 11 AM.
While we offer a daily menu of “traditional” American foods for lunch such as french fries, burgers, BLTs, club sandwiches and the likes, we also feature a special that changes daily that is 90% of the time a home cooked family recipe dish such as meatloaf, chicken and dumplings, cabbage rolls, stuffed peppers, pot roast and more - when not a family recipe, the special is something along the lines of open faced roast beef sandwiches, crab cake sandwiches, a regular menu item at a reduced price or slow cooked, vinegar-based BBQ - it really just depends on what the chef feels like fixing that day. We always offer one soup (such as homemade vegetable beef, chili, potato soup, etc) and vegetable of the day that is not listed on the menu (such as carrots, baked beans, mixed greens, etc) ... so while on the outside, our menu may appear small, we really do have a lot to offer and even if something isn't listed, there is a good chance that we can probably make it for you if you just ask us. We try to list the special of the day on Facebook early in the morning, but sometimes we forget. So, just call us any time (during business hours), and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have concerning the food selection for the day. We also offer take out and free delivery on cash payed orders only if you are on main street (within walking distance of the cafe). We're happy to host private party events and cater as well - you just have to give us a call so that we can plan for it/set up something
