I was very disappointed in the customer service. I stood there for a few minutes waiting to be helped and the employees were at the registers visiting with each other and on their phones. After a few minutes I walked out and as I walked out I said “thanks for the help” and one employee replied “you’re welcome!” In a smart aleck voice.
The girl Manager on duty is rude was quick to say no return on my purchase when I purchased the item with in time did a complaint as well
While in yakima with my folks we stopped by yakima mall. I walked right in found a couple of pairs i liked the foot locker employees were very helpful and professional they found the size i wanted and i was through shopping! I was there on 7/9/22 all 3 employees interacted well together always enjoy foot locker! They always have what i need!
Trying to shop online and the website keeps cancelling my "shopping session" faster than I can type basketball shoes in the search bar, causing me to refresh the page every single time.
The guy running the store was very helpful. He didn't have what we needed but was willing to order it. But we didn't want to wait for it. He was still very nice and let my fiance try on the same shoe in a different color just to check if the size was right. Even though he knew we weren't going to buy from him that day. We will be back though. Mainly because of the service We got.

Went looking for running/workout shoes and even though they didn't have my size in stock the staff was still more than happy to help me shop.
Found some shoes I absolutely love here... But, they didn't have my size in stock. They ordered them for me shipped to my house And knocked off 10 more dollars from the sale price! Well played.
If there was a negative stars I would give it a neg. no one greeted us, workers were both in the back, girl with glasses and dark hair was really snobby and had a lot of attitude. She asked why we had bags from journeys and finish line which at first we thought was a joke but after that she gave us the attitude! How rude ! Not going back!
Great place to shop for the whole family. There shoes can be a bit pricy but they also have great shoes on sale.
