Lots of great stuff for every family member reasonable prices. Weekdays during the day you have plenty of time to shop and ask for all the help you want. Even for retail people they are nice
Nice, comfy clothes at decent prices. Two of the last things I've bought have been favorites of mine so they're doing something right! It's a shame they took the heads off the mannequins, I'd love to recreate my entryway photo I took in college sometime.
The selection today seemed to be lacking, I only ended up buying socks. The checkout staff was awesome and were handling the busy line well, even with a trainee. The main lady handiling the dressing rooms was a different story. As I approached the fitting rooms she was complaining about customers to another coworker, then when I was done I handed her something on a hanger, which she took then I handed her folded pants, which she grabbed but let out a loud annoyed sigh. I understand having long days in customer service, but taking it out on customers is not acceptable. I hope she can blow off steam after work and treat tomorrow like a fresh day.
Checkout took forever and finding boys clothes wasn't a good experience. Little variety.
Found some nice things at great prices! I will shop there again. The cashier was very friendly and helpful.
Some good deals. Couldn't find any help in the men's or women's department at all. Even at checkout I was asked if I found everything and I said no, I was looking for something in particular, the cashier completely dismissed me. However, there was one employee in the kids department who was amazing and went well out of her way to help me find jeans for my hard to fit son.

There's nothing I hate more than when sales associates ignore you while they are folding clothes/doing other things, and it happened multiple times with multiple employees today. The woman running the fitting room saw me trying to find a place to hang a few pieces that didn't work, I know because she was right there, but did not once look at us or let us know where we could put them. When I asked her, I got a one word answer and she didn't look up from her work. Then, when checking out, there were two people behind the registers but only one was checking out. I realize this is normal, but the guy checking out was extremely slow, and the other woman was aimlessly walking around behind the counter and seemingly closing some of the drawers, so I assume she might have been a manager. She avoided looking at us, and didn't hop on to a register and take the few moments it would have required to ring us up. As a former employee, I know how easy this would have been. I am so disappointed in how we were treated and am happy I never worked at this location. It's clear they don't value customer service skills.
