Love the deals. I saved $40 on a plaid flannel and a pair of Jean's with the discounts. I also love the vibe and the warm welcome air around this place and I feel like this place is very unique. I will come here again and I will always leave with a satisfied purchase and a smile of joy on my face.
Very nice clothing store. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Parking lot right in front of store and at street level. Returns are easy. But, their seems to be confusion in their computer system on what original price is online and what you actually paid with promotions and sales deductions. I have seen a few customers having this same issue while waiting on line waiting. Or I would of given 5 stars. Seems under staffed when I go.
great discounts and if you bring coupons on top super cheap. good store i woyld recommend it. Prices drop even more after Christmas.
Great cashier experience today but with the messy store and strewn together merchandise in wrong locations, its very hard to find specific items that you may want to grab. Otherwise if you have the time to explore, it may provide you with some gems and clothing to last a while. Can't say I didn't leave with a smile and some good feels and found what I was looking for too!! So, 4 stars ;.
Horrible customer service. I've only experienced one of many times where I was asked if I needed help finding something which I did. The clothes depending on the day and time are all over the place understandable. The cashiers including the male manager is RUDE. I am always over polite to those who give me the cold shoulder or seem to have an attitude. I was taught to kill people with kindness-kind of forces them to have to be polite to you- not in this store. They're often unfriendly and have attitudes. There are some that are nice and interact with their customers which is always appreciated. Good customer service keeps people coming back. Bad or mediocre opens the door to losing business and the potential for word to travel fast. It's a shame bc this is down the street for me, very convenient. When I think about dealing with the workers. I spend elsewhere.
Value for money for all your clothing needs. I for one believe in simple and decent clothing and as such find this to be a good place for my needs. There would be deals on off season and left out items. They have good collection of formal/informal clothing too.
Overall, it was pretty good. Good service, clean atmosphere, and nice clothes. Only reason I give 4 stars is because there was a weird smell in the changing rooms. Other than that, it was a great store.
I guess you could possibly find good sales here but you'd need time to look thoroughly. It's a good location and you'll be able to compare styles to nearby GAP STORE, just 2 doors down. There's a good selection here and Old Navy is bigger than Gap, although personally I think it lacks XS sizes sizes for men.
Products are quality and are very nice but the staff seem to be overwhelmed, I cancelled an order because I could not choose the right shipping, I called the customer service, they told me the order was cancelled and a duplicate order was created with the right shipping option, yet the supposedly cancelled order was shipped and was billed to me, I had to go through the stress of returning even when I had few hours to spend in the United States and my flight was in 6 hours. It was a stressful experience.
This old navy is always clean, friendly staff and the discount rack is always full.
