Old Navy was fully stocked with lots of options for spring and summer. The stacks and racks were well organized and it was easy to find the sizes I was looking for. They had lots of sale items that were clearly marked with large signs on the tables and racks. They had a variety of shorts with differing lengths and fits. It’s nice to find a store that my daughters and I can both shop in. I prefer shorts with a 5 inch inseam and my teens wear the 3.5. I love that Old Navy has both. We also made a return from an online purchase and it was done easily at checkout.
2 days past the return window and refused to process it. No store credit, no exchange, no nothing just recommended me to the customer service online who were equally unhelpful. Even though I had a receipt. I explained I lived far away and the store purchase couldn't be shipped to the warehouse so I had to drive all the way out there. Its disappointing in the lack of understanding. An exception wasn't even considered, just brush me off like I wasn't a valued customer. Ironically..... I can walk in the store show up WITHOUT a receipt and get store credit, and since I bought it on sale I'd get more money than what I paid for it since its being sold for more now. But I didn't think of this til I got home. Silly me for being honest. So heads up folks, the recent change to the return policy from 45 days to 30 will make you utilize this tip, if you're outside the return window just don't show your receipt, take the store credit you'll just have to show your ID.
It’s always great when you walk into a store and everything that you came for is on sale. 15 $ shorts for the kids right in time for the Summer. Thanks Old Navy.
Went to this store for the $2 tank top sale and even though the online ad said " online or in store" they refused to honor the advertised price of $2! Don't shop here! The bait you in the switch so you have to pay more! Won't come back to this old navy ever again!
My daughter and I did the self check-out. Unfortunately the security tags were on the 3 pairs of shorts and my daughter discovered the tags when she went home. Unfortunately the alarm did not sound when we exited the store! Now I need to return to the store to have the tags removed. Very inconvenient. I tried to call the store to explain. The phone number is either incorrect, or they are too busy to take my call? Rings once, and disconnects.
Old Navy has always been a excellent clothing store. Affordable prices and nice clothing. Sales and Management team are always very helpful and personable. Always check for sales in the back for adults and children. Always a excellent experience.
The online order pickup is great. Super easy. Literally walk in the door, scan and go. My only reason for the 4 stars isn’t about this store. This store and customer service was awesome. It’s just old navy in general. The prices are a little ridiculous for the quality of clothes. It was $22 for a kids Mario shirt, little toddler girl shoes for $25. They’ve def marked up their prices the last couple years. The styles are cute but the clothes don’t wash up well after a couple.
Went to shop at old navy for the first time today for my kids. The lady at the front desk , i believe her name was Allison with short black hair was very unhelpful and unwelcoming. She acted as if she didnt want to be here today. She told me the pants i was buying were a return from online that come with 2 pairs. She said she could match the in store price for me but that i wouldn't be able to return or exchange them if i wanted to which made no sense when they sell the exact same pants in store but individually. She told me it was up to me, if i wanted to be able to return or exchange them an if i wanted to i needed to go get a different pair . I had to go all the way to the back of the store to do that when she could have just asked an associate to bring another pair to the front. When i came back from grabbing the pants she decided to take another customer before me and had me waiting an extra 10 mns. I ended up having to leave all my merchandise because the wait was too long n i was in a hurry. I am very disappointed. I waisted 20mns of my time looking around for items for no reason. However there was another woman with short blonde or light brown hair that was vey nice and very helpful .
The "Big Red Bus" was parked in front of Old Navy. I did not go inside the store, but I did donate blood. On the positive side, Old Navy is awesome and I was wearing a pair of their American flag slip on shoes. I highly recommend their shoes and donating blood. Win-win!
I’ve had it with Old Navy’s advertised prices not ringing up as marked at the register. It’s time consuming and annoying that they can’t fix their flawed system. I had to wait 10 MORE minutes outside of the 20 that I’ve already spent in line just for someone to do a price check on quite a few items. I was not the only customer experiencing this and you could the frustration from everyone. I only gave them 3 stars because I did find great deals, however they deserve one star for their lack of attention to detail and time that I wasted because someone can not be appointed to make sure things run smoothly when it comes to sales ringing up as advertised.
