I love this store! As an outlet, it can be hit or miss. I go anyway. Sometimes, they aren't as pleasant because they dealt with a few too many entitled customers. I go anyway. Sometimes things are out of order due to customer negligence and laziness. I go anyway. Sometimes, I find better deals through the web page and I pay for shipping. I go because it's a nice variety of clothing and when I find what I need, its a great experience. Thestaff is friendly and they do all they can to help reduce the charge, with discounts, perks and super saver dollars. Thank you, Old Navy, for being a staple in my closet.
Needed a denim jacket, was hoping for a sale, they didn't really have one. But the young lady at the register direct me to price match online from the Old Navy website. Bingo got what I needed at a discounted price! Old Navy never gets old
Customer service and clothing selection was great but the restroom wasn’t pleasant.
Loved the Black Friday sale. It was crowded but everyone was friendly. The store was well stocked and clean. The cashier got us checked out quickly. Great job Old Navy
The store was not busy today, and the clearance racks were pretty picked over, but I still found 2 blouses and a pair of shoes that were must haves. The checkout was quick and the cashier was polite and helpful. She reminded us of rewards cash, which made the 2 shirts and pair of shoes less than $20. Highly recommended!
It's was crowded but service and variety rocked
The deals are definitely less than regular old navy, but not all of them are truly outlet prices. A pair of cloth lounge shorts was still $20, and a pair of workout capris was over 30. Old Navy has raised their prices a great deal over the years so it would be nicer if the outlet had better sale prices. The staff are nice, though, and there's a relatively good selection. The larger sizes were lacking but I imagine they get plucked up first
I Stopped by on my way from Louisiana and waited for a few until the stores opened. I was looking for gray jeans...got them!!! Staff was nice
They dont have hardly any clothes in stock. The workers pretty much ignore you. Not friendly. I will make the 45 minute drive to the other old navy outlet.
Got some really great clothes, one sweater in particular is suuuuper freaking soft. Props to the workers that day, because the line was long but they were steadily moving through people and we're being polite the whole time, so you didn't feel rushed while checking out. Haven't been to old navy in several years so this was a great "welcome back" experience.
