Clean, Fast, and Friendly / We found some good deals / Come on by
Clean and orderly. Currently has lots of pj options. Good place to come to if you are looking for matching pj's for your family. The fitting rooms have a small bench for those of is that are ready to "drop" from all the shopping. I was sitting in it, it's how I know. That shop till you drop is definitely not my thing anymore.
Good sales people ask if I wanted any help.
I have to admit I have not been into an Old Navy in a very long time. When I went in I was pleasantly surprised to see plus-size clothes! Like real plus-size! Walked out of there with some clothes for my daughter and a few pieces for me as well! I've always liked Old Navy close although they can be a little pricey sometimes. But when you catch a sale there excellent.
Beat place for good value clothing. Lots of kids clothing at a great price. Staff is always nice, store is clean and parking is decent. I went a week ago and had a good amount of clearance items. If you like nostalgia some of the clothes are themed from pass decades. Lots of kids Dinosaur tshirts. Good sock selection as well.
Ali was very helpful and professional. There seemed to be a problem with my online order and instead of sending me to get in-line he fixed it himself very promptly. Overall, amazing experience. Will definitely be back to shop at this location in the near future.
It's an Old Navy, so I am sure it is much like 35 other Old Navy's in the SoCal area. I will say that the person at the checkout counter was nice and friendly!
Lots of selection for all ages and genders, well stocked, very busy and popular store. Couldn't find much in the slim fit variety, though. Seems to be mostly standard.
Your typical old Navy. The only problem was this was Friday or should I say Black Friday, and it was absolutely jam-packed. It took me half an hour to get it to a register because the line was so long. The good news was a happily refunded what I had purchased and then did the new purchase without any hassles. Probably because it was so crowded!
The prices have gone way up. It used to be a better place for affordability. Not any more. But they sell good products and the staff are nice people too.
