One of my favorite places for clothing with offer's almost year round. The only reason why 4 stars is that this place was heavily understaffed and there were really huge wait times for the billing.
This Place is ok, On The Phone They Should Be More Repate, There's Sale price ok, There Tee shirt on Sale, but on line They Aer cheap er, Enjoy you're Shopping, Old Navy
Today I walked in because I was in the area: I ended up getting a pair of shorts. The cashier was super nice and how she was able to have conversation in a general sense and with the store sales/promotions was 5 stars. I come from retail, which I’m no longer in, but I still work with customers. I was actually amazed by the customer skills because now and days many people are rude. I believe the cashiers name was Tiffany. June 6 around 2-4 pm ish! Great worker truly
Bought 2 pants for my little girl. They left the security tag on both of them. I walked through security poles, alarm ringed, I was checked and still didn’t find the tag. I called spoke with jawonda and Tylor the manager. After a 40 minute drive back from Westchester I only received removal of the tags and 20% refund of the items. I asked for 50%.
There was a fantastic sale and the store was seem to be clean still with everything in order There was a decent amount of people but it wasn't too crowded and I went there for flip flops which I ended up with two pairs plus some other things that I got on the clearance It was a good shopping trip successful trip I should say.
....My favorite place, though I purchase most of my old navy items online. They need to be more organized and neat. The layout isn't the best, but still manageable. Staff is really helpful and have good personalities....so far...
The store I know better than most. Good service Sometimes need to wait a while and best prices out there.
Unsatisfied with Customer service. While shopping at store, my 4 year old had to go to pee-pee, very unfortunate but kid had to go so he had to go. Store had closed rest room due to COVID but had sign for emergency use only. Asked for assistance to open the door as I assume a 4 year old need to go pee-pee would fit into an emergency category but I was wrong, Manager and reps didn’t consider that an emergency and we were denied.
Staff at the Old Navy in Stamford is very friendly. They go out of their way to assist customers by finding items, etc. Their sale is usually GREAT! I haven't been in a while, but maybe it's time!
I can usually find what I need at this ON location. They usually have some good clearance prices and quality items. However, the clearance racks need better attention as many times the clothes are on the floor and it's very messy.
