Everything was fine until I got to the cashier. She wanted to offer me the Old Navy credit card. I told her no, but she kept pushing. I kept telling her no, specifically saying, "I don't want another credit card," but she continued to push. I finally just went along with what she was saying because I felt like she wasn't going to finish checking out my clothes unless I signed up. She made me feel like I could back out at anytime, but confused me as to what exactly she was doing. I walked out having signed up for the card. I felt like she was harassing me. I'm sure she works on some sort of commission to "sell" credit cards. I really hated that. I don't think I'll be going back. This is why I prefer shopping online. I don't feel like shopping at Old Navy again.
The sadness associates are really friendly and helped me find what I was looking for! The cashier even saved my over half of my purchase by signing up for their credit card! Even if you're not approved you still get the discount!!
I love Old Navy, specifically their sales! I can find lots of clothes there for pretty cheap when they have their sales.

Shopped Riverdale Old Navy. Trish and Sophia were professional, helpful and very kind during a busy crazy time for retail shoppers. So grateful for great people that work hard. Highly recommend!!
Neat and organized. Several associates were helpful and not pushy.
Store is a huge mess. Signs are missing. Merchandise marked on sale but doesn’t ring up correctly at the register. Only one cashier with no sense of urgency and then she didn’t take the sensor off sending me back to the register and wait for her to remove it. Also infuriating to see mandatory mask signs on the door but don’t bother enforcing it. Me and the cashier were the only one’s wearing them. I won’t return.
Great place for a variety of clothes styles and accessories. Personaly some things I like and others not so much. Good quality and moderately priced.
We got the flannel shirts on the $11.50 sale. Great price on great quality flannel shirts for the whole family. We love the expanded sizes, too!
So, I took my daughter to get some new jeans and tees for back to school, and it was also an amazing sale on almost everything in the store. The entire store was full of people. The sales staff was able to be rather polite and constantly refolding the merchandise and keep the overall appearance was orderly and neat, even with as busy a day it was. We ended having to try on some of the jeans, and there was a bit of a wait, 5 minutes, for the dressing room, but again the staff was again polite and kept things moving for the day they were having. My daughter spent a good amount of time looking for clothes, trying on clothes and making sure she was making good choices, we were there well over an hour, and there isn't one time I can think of that the staff wasn't polite and helpful. The only real wait, reasonably so, was the checking out. The line was about the entire length of the store at many times. But after about 10 minutes you were out the door, luckily there were several registers open for the volume of people that were there. I was happy we walked in today and the sale was awesome, but I was really surprised how well the store handled itself and the consumer was able to make their needs purchases and be on their way with no attitude or anything negative from the staff. Nice work Old Navy, nice work.
