After being asked about 20 times if I want the rewards card at checkout, I was told that the items I chose were not actually on sale for the advertised price, because if there are 2 deals the other one was not displayed, it’s the worse one. What a scam. Employee in the dressing room was nice though
Excellent customer service and great clearance prices! If you want a personalized experience, in a clean environment, that offers a huge variety of styles and fashion, then this is the location for you!! Shout out to Toria and Jasmine for their superior professionalism and genuine care for their customers! We will be back again and again.
Product selection is fine, but they were understaffed at checkout and it took quite a while for the lines to die down. That and none of the chip readers for your card worked, so you're automatically adding time and frustration for every customer.
Very nicely organized location. Lawrence assisted us. He was amazing throughout and provided great customer service. A must visit old navy for sure.
This location was a bit disorganized and disheveled, but if you can find something you like in your size they have some great buys. The staff was friendly.
They have always done a very poor job at keeping basic items in stock. Obviously everyone and their mom comes here for the flip flops as soon as spring hits. They had THREE pairs of plain black flip flops in the entire store. It was like this last year too. I will never come back to this location- it’s always a complete waste of my time.
Customer Care is top notch. Very friendly and ready to assist staff members.
All staff friendly and helpful. Nice folks. Was here to make a return and shop a little. Return was handled easily. Managed to find a clearance item to purchase. So wish they carried pants in "tall" at this store so I didn't have to order on line. But I understand they'll be opening an Old Navy in Glendale so hopefully that new store will!

This place was such a disappointment! I came in for the $10 jean sale and was initially happy that the store was basically empty. I got several pairs of jeans and a couple of shirts. There were 3 customers in the line in front of me with 2 sales associates. WHY was I in line for almost 20 minutes? I got so frustrated that I just left without purchasing anything! The associates could have called another person to a register from the back or of there were just 2 in the entire store say something to the people in the line. Apologize for the wait or SOMETHING. I won't visit this store again.
