I like old navy and this store is always well put together and clean. The sizes run a little big so make sure to take that into account when you're shopping. Curbside service is great for online shoppers and with all this Covid stuff going around it's probably the safest way to shop and get your items the same day, no waiting on packages in the mail to arrive whenever they decide to! Couldn't ask for a better experience right now. Thanks Old Navy! Been shopping at old navy for over 20yrs now and I still remember the first one that was built as a kid where I lived. Good memories and great for making new ones with my family now..
While Shayla was stocking shelves today, she kindly went out of her way to let me know instead of leaving the changing room like I did to grab another size, they’d be happy to do that for me. I think she noticed my hands were full with my newborn and was trying to make things easier on me. She also made small talk and even with a mask on seemed warm and inviting. You don’t often see that kind of personable service. Little scenarios like these can easily make someone’s day a little brighter.
Ive worked for an old navy before and this one is lacking in the customer service area. There was little to no floor coverage and i went into the fitting room multiple times with no attendant present. The line was long and every cashier seemed to be having some difficulty. When it was my turn, the cashier hardly seemed pleased to help me and i could tell she just wanted to get through the transaction. Its all about perception and as a customer I would like to feel like my business is appreciated and not a hindrance. I've also made a exchange in the past for a pair of kids jeans that was one size too small. Having worked for the company before i was aware of the exchange policy. I had to argue with a manager till my exchange was accepted. When it should have been taken in the first place.
Quite honestly, a guy my age doesn't always look right wearing much of what Old Navy sells, BUT I have found some things I really liked. I like vintage-looking t-shirts, which they have quite often. I've also purchased sweatshirts and summer shorts that I really like. They have been a good addition to Valley North Mall.
This store is horrible for boy clothes, I went in today to look for Christmas pajamas they were completely out. Whoever does the ordering for the store needs to be re-trained. The boy selection is horrible. They have a huge girl selection and nothing for boys. If you know that there’s going to be a sale for Christmas pajamas order them! There were tons of women pajamas and men but literally no boys. It’s frustrating when you have a 10-year-old and eight-year-old to dress. They tell you to shop local but I’m ordering everything online. Because nothing is stopped at the store
Do not shop here! Their sale signage is everywhere, yet they'll argue that the sale items are only for one item on the table, not the other item on the same table! And no, the sign did not label what's on sale. I can't even call this customer service, but if they had any I'd label it as awful!!!
