Museum also houses the offices of Winnsboro-Franklin Chamber of Commerce, Winnsboro Main Street, Franklin Parish Economic Development Foundation, and Franklin Parish Tourism Commission.
Museum main gallery features alternating art exhibits, approximately 5 annually. Also features much of the area history through historic artifacts and collections. Meeting and reception space available, depending on exhibit allowances.
