Ok ok 5 stars ?? But im easy to please, there are no Puerto Rican Bakeries where I live an hour and half away, I’ve tried several bakeries etc in this area and this one has the best guava cheese quesaritos and danishes.
They don't have many services right now because Coronvirus situation but they have nice bakery and yummy taste thank you customer service
The bread is so fresh, the sugar donuts were so fresh. Like any bakery your best bet is to go early morning. Had a sandwich and it was delicious, there was a little wait but it is to be expected when you are getting fresh food. The customer service was great, the young lady was sweet and the woman who was preparing the sandwiches did the best she could to keep up as they are very busy. She was still in a good mood and was sweet also. I would recommend for sure.
I hope this place ends up making better decisions on those who work for them and make a better quality of bread they were amazing before but now for the price I think they can do better. Sometimes they don’t have products that customers want but at 11:30@m it’s too early not to have , look into backtracking sales from at least a week before to make sure your customers keep coming back for more . I love this place but it need some good management.
Hi this place is need more customer service and they don't have for the food stamps and very expensive I hope they fix the problem and be more polite remember good customer service gives good business .
Food is aight and service is horrible needs better people at the front . If Yu order something they might not have . Instead of calling you back they make you go to tell you nothing done . Like . I would highly recommend going to the Springfield one ..always on point and friendly service. I don't have time to go and waist my money in ppl that dnt value their customer.
Poor customer service!! A lady walked in dressed in scrubs saying loudly she wanted people to know that just because she is the cousin of the owner she doesn't get special treatment. She didn't want people to say she cuts in line. Well there were 3 customers behind me when the lady walked in. But when it was my turn to order, the cashier stopped me to take the "cousin's " order. You lose customers with bad customer service!
Besides not attending me with desired information, they gave me a wrong one. They couldn’t have missed it since I was constantly asking about that “round” and “yellow” one. I though the price was expensive for a piece almost $2.50 and I didn’t even get the right one. People shouldn’t do business if they would do worse than first graders.
So good. The tripletta I ordered had the extra crispy pork in it and that's when you know you're getting served proper
Poor and slow service. Only one cashier who also takes care of answering the phone and taking orders. You Call ahead and they tell you 20 minutes for your order, then you arrive and you have to get in line for another 20 minutes just so you can pay and ger your order. I've giving this place many chances and it never fails to disappoint.
