The OB Tech Maribel is great & she gave me a good impression on the clinic because she was very attentive & understanding on me being late for my appointment & makes things comfortable as possible. She’s also very nice. I don’t wait to be seen at all both times I’ve had a sonogram appointment. Also the security guard with the long skinny dreadlocks is very nice as well. He saw I was eating a hot dog & gave me 2 bottles of water to go with it
They are very unprofessional had me waiting there from 8am -1pm just for a physical they seen all the Spanish ppl before me I was just seating there quiet then I got up and said I got here at 8am and y’all seeing all these walk ins before me lady at the desk like when you came in sir I said I gotta be kidding me smh worst of the worst I will continue to leave bad reviews treat everyone equal ur desk lady needs a attitude check .
Worst clinic ever. I’ve been coming to this clinic since I was a kid and it was never like this back then. Now it’s just horrible dentist always take forever to call you, I had an appointment at 9am and one hour later still wasn’t called in. To make an appointment through phone they never pick up. Or you get a rude receptionist. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone that is trying to see a dentist.
I’m here with my baby at 11:00am for walk-in because of he high fever it’s 12:00pm and they still haven’t call him or seen him I do understand that if you got a appointment you go first but come on it’s a baby just check he temperature and give him medicine and later you can call me again and check him. Last time I’m coming to this clinic changing the clinic for both of my children’s.
Please do not go here. I have been waiting to see a rheumatologist to find out what is going on with me. Today 05/24/23, a day before my appointment, they call to let me know the doctor I was going to see does not work there anymore. It gets better, they now have to do a new referral with my insurance to see what new doctor can see me. For reference, I saw my primary doctor in February 2023 for my symptoms at the Bella Vista clinic, which is affiliated with this clinic, to get some help and get a referral. I was told I would get a call that day for an appmnt, I got nothing. It took me calling them for 3 weeks to find out what happened with my appointment and each time I called they had no answer for me. Then one day, I get a letter in the mail, no call, nothing, just a letter in the mail from the clinic for this rheumatologist appointment to be on May 25, 2023. I waited patiently these three months, for them to call me the day before my appmnt to say the doctor doesn’t work there. There is no empathy and no compassion here. Whoever manages this office needs to fix the way they do things. I’m pretty sure this doctor left before this day, but for some reason they waited to call me a day before my appointment to tell me this information. If you want an office that cares for you and shows you the attention any patient would want when they are concerned about what is happening to them, please find another office.
Horrible. I went there for my son's prescription glasses over 6 months ago. They told me they will give me a call when it's ready for pick up. 6 moths later still no glasses and they are still no where to be found. I go in today to find out what's going on, They had me waiting 3 hours in the clinic to tell me the same thing again. The Receptionist have attitudes and made the situation about her stating and quote "that it's not her job to call anyone for anything". Mind you the doctor just told me they would call me when the glasses are ready for pick up. I wish I can give it 0 stars but I don't have to option. Horrible clinic won't recommend it to anyone.
I gave 2 stars because they are clean. However, the waiting period is ridiculous. And lucky if you are arrive and are actually seen. They have canceled my elderly mom several times after she arrive at the clinic, not before.
The dental department takes too long first. Second wthey give you multiple appointments instead of putting in the work. Third they want to do one procedure per day. So if they clean your teeth and have a cavity or need a filling it ain't happening the same day.
I’m not very satisfied with this clinic at all. I found out I was pregnant Nov 22 and I’ve called since then and have proof I called. And I didn’t get an appointment til May 4th and when I went they said they couldn’t attend to me cause I was already 30 weeks pregnant. And I told them every time I called I got told they would call me back for an appointment. I spoke to a woman and then a guy couple of times. I can’t believe how long I had to wait for an appointment just not to be checked at all or to see how my child was. The nurse told me is cause they have 2 different facilities taking calls which I was confused with. But I just left and now I’ve been calling a different hospital they gave me a list to.
Horrible no communication at all between staff. One day they want to follow rules one day they don’t. A freaking mess is what this clinic is. It’s always something with these people every time I come. Don’t get me wrong the nurses and doctors are great. But the people down stairs and the ppl signing you in will mess up the whole experience for everyone. DO NOT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR PREGNANT YOU DONT NEED TO BE STRESSING LIKE I AM RN. Trust and believe me.
