OSI has the environment and equipment necessary for athletes pursuing goals in the Strength Sports of the Iron Game: Strongman, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, etc. - Power racks, squat racks, Olympic lifting platforms, benches, bumper plates, lots of Olympic plates, lots of dumbbells, chalk, Atlas Stones, Strongman implements, grip implements, chains, bands, ropes, sleds, tires, specialty barbells, specialty dumbbells as well as a large selection of machines.
OSI is also home base for the late Coach Joe Mugovero's "Breakfast Club" who've been training Strongman, Powerlifting, Grip and most other offshoots of the Iron Game in Southeastern CT. since 1994.
