Wow! Great sandwich! I really enjoyed the Mother Clucker. The grilled Chicken breast was so tender and juicy it just fell apart in your mouth. The combo of the candied bacon, cheese, pickles and sauce was perfect. It had just little kick but just enough flavor and spice combo.Food: 5/5

Fantastic find of a sandwich shop. Don’t be deterred by the location in a corporate building. I had the Pioneer & my friend had the Gumebya and both were delicious, filling and great customer service.Food: 5/5

You can taste it when food is made with genuine skill and care, and when excellent ingredients are used. I wish more restaurants put this much integrity into their food. I had the Long Islander and the Jersey salts for lunch today, and I'm already trying to find another seminar in Allentown so I can go back for more. Absolutely delicious. Everything really is made fresh to order, the service was great, and the place is clean and welcoming. Full respect.

Great sandwich shop! All the meat is carved right before being placed on your sandwich. They have an extensive selection and is a great place to go on lunch break. I will definitely be going back!

Go up the ramp, inside the door to the sandwich shop on the right. This sandwich shop is amazing! The meat is carved right before being placed on your sandwich.
