Always wanted to try this place out. So involuntarily my BBQ spot had closed early and gotta have more than wine on my stomach Lol. The bartender was nice enough to take my order while kitchen was bout to close. The wings and steak fries were great. She made a good Old Fashioned I must add. I shall return.
Fried Green Tomatoes. Go there. Order fried green tomatoes. They slice fresh tomatoes. There’s a nice crunch to the cornmeal coating. The sauce on the side has just the right amount of kick with the horseradish wasabi? Also pictured are corn fritters which are sweet corn kernels breaded and deep fried. Not bad, better dipped in ranch.
I had 2 raspberry margaritas and inmate's last meal, my man had Reuben but wasn't rye bread so they made him some fish and chips. Good people, just a misunderstanding between the waitress and the kitchen. No worries. We still had a nice time
Drinks ate awesome and burgers are tasty. They ate short staffed like many restaurants. If patient, you'll get great service. In hurry, better go somewhere else. First Saturdays of the month, they have amazing jazz night. Parking: You can park in front or the back of the restaurant.
The Ruben I ordered was delicious but the service was the worst I have seen in a long time. The bartender was also waiting the tables. A few people at the bar and a few tables finishing up didn't demand much. She gave less. When the food sat ready in the pick up window for five minutes I finally walked up and eventually had the bartender break from her conversation at the bar to ask her "Is this for us?". To which she said it had just arrived and she would bring it to us. The aforementioned delicious Ruben and lukewarm fries were finally brought over to our table. The other plates in the window were then taken to a second waiting table. Great Ruben but maybe call in the order to eat it there. It takes about 20 minutes to get menus and response to place the order. I'm sure the stories and drinks at the bar are amazing though.
First time coming here and it sure won’t be the last. The meal portions are huge. You definitely will get your money’s worth. Staff was super friendly and professional. Food was cooked and presented very well. Overall just a great and pleasant experience.
Rustic, old-style tavern in the heart of Fayetteville, GA and worth finding. Small "hole in the wall" kind of place with a warm atmosphere. The food is incredible. We had a burger that was incredibly thick and very tasty with jalapeño peppers and peach barbecue sauce. The steak quesadilla had a spicy flavor that was very captivating. We also had a chicken wrap that was filled to overflow capacity, and the buttermilk chicken drizzled with honey was awesome! The side dishes were mashe potatoes with gravy and also some mac-and-cheese that was outstanding. Highly recommend this little tavern. The food is wonderful.
3rd time visiting your establishment. My wife and I make a trip to Fayettville each year for the past 3 years and our experience each time has been outstanding. The food has been great and the service is exceptional. Thank you for the memories
Clean and good atmosphere ~ service was excellent! Good little quaint bar
First time going to this spot and will never revisit. While there, the bartender cursed out a customer not me, the server double charged me for a drink which was a single shot of Jamison watered down with peach green tea, and the medium burger that I ordered was served to me well done. The prices are overinflated based on the actual products that you get. Their pricing structure should be comparable to McDonalds or Wendy's. The people are only friendly when you walk in, after that they're too inebriated to care about customer service.
