You would think dealing with the lose of a loved one that a place would do their best to try and make everyone feel comfortable. I have never felt so unwelcome to a place in my life as I did here. Along with others attending the service, we also dealt with issues of them trying to dictate how the funeral would go. We felt rushed and were asked to do things we didn't want to do. On top of that, at the end of the service, I was told on the phone to shut up and other words and then hung up on because I had an issue with missing flowers. Which btw one of them was found in another part of the funeral home after I was told they didn't have any. The icing on the cake was the pastor saying the wrong name multiple times as well. All day there was a negative energy to this place and if I could give less than a 1 star I would.

I don’t like complaining or giving bad reviews. I try to give compassion and understanding. I just can’t in this situation. They didn’t communicate with me about my dad any of the time. I had to call and half the time didn’t get a call back. I tried to set up a service and asked for pricing, but they wouldn’t give me pricing over the phone. I live an hour away The insurance part I had to do completely by myself and had no help with it. Even though they said they would take care of it. They told me my dad’s ashes were ready, I had 4 urns. I get there and they never even ordered them. The death certificates took a month to come in, but that may not be their fault. They are just very unorganized and I honestly hope I’m actually getting my dad’s ashes back and not some random person.

They completely botched the online viewing of my grandmother’s funeral. We were told it would be available in full after it was over but that turned out to be untrue. When I called to ask, they said they’d check and get back to me but never did. I’m deeply hurt by their incompetence and now I won’t ever get the chance to say goodbye to my grandmother the way I needed.

My husband died a few years ago. They handled everything and helped me stay sane. Not only did they do their best by him, but by me and the family. I appreciate so much their work and concern.
