If I could give zero stars I would! Never ever let them do direct debt from your account!! They will not stop taking money out of my account! I've jumped through all their hoops, faxed over letters to multiple departments and 2 years after i cancelled they are still taking money. At this point I'm thinking this amounts to theft and my attorney will be sending letters to them. If they treat the living like this, how do you think that'll treat you when you're dead????
