OBARR is a no-kill, non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of animals in need.
The "Olive Branch" was founded by Olive Barth, a fixture in the community, known for her lifelong pursuit of humane treatment for animals in need. Upon her passing, others have continued to champion Olive's dream to provide a safe haven for all types of creatures.
Our Mission Statement is as follows:
1. To help and prevent animal suffering and abuse.
in doing this, OBARR provides homes for
various types of animals.
2. To carry foward a program of widespread humane
education promoting health care and education for
all types of animals.
3. To promote a spay and neuter program, which
would help eliminate the overpopulation for
animals.
4. To work very hard to help create a community with
humane and caring attitudes towards both domestic
and wildlife.
