Service was extremely slow and dissatisfying. We were a simple 2 top and ordered soup and salad. The salad was good, the soup was ok, but the service was incredibly bad. When our server, Ashley, brought the soup she set the tray in front of the booth blocking my wife's side. This would not be an issue normally. But she proceeded to leave the empty tray there which blocked my wife from being able to exit for the bathroom for over 15 minutes. Ashley walked past the tray 7 times before she finally removed it. Ashley did not bus the table of extra plates and bread baskets the entire meal. Refills were brought on time but everything that was brought, was brought at the pace of lazy.
Walked in, no wait. Convenient tablet to order drinks and kids' food. Waitress gave us a free dessert. Food was good and affordable. Environment was welcoming.Food: 5/5
It had been a good 25 years since I had been here, and as an adult, I was surprised to find it had grown up with me. The food was fresh, and the flavor was fine for an Italian chain. The staff was very professional and friendly - they kept us well stocked in soup salad and bread sticks! Atmosphere was better than I expected- really not a bad date night spot. Some items on the menu I would rate as overpriced, but there are other options which taste good and are very reasonable. Overall I was pleasantly surprised!
I took a family member here today and Bre was our waitress. She was very kind and considerate and laughed with us. Very personable. Salad and Bread sticks: This is the only restaurant chain that will chill your salad bowl before serving you salad. When I visit other restaurants I always like to ask that now. They've set the salad standard. Our bread was fresh and warm. We ordered a fruitful feast with quite the spread today. Drinks: Glasses of the Lumbrusco wine which I recommend if you like a mild red sweet. It's perfection in a glass Also the peach Bellini was refreshing with the Italian dry presseco. Dinner: The tour of Italy Is always a classic satisfying dish to take home and if you're a vegetarian the spaghetti marinara is adequate. The portion seemed quite small for that option but great overall service and meal for the area. For dessert: we indulged in the strawberry cream cake . Oh my GREATNESS! Don'tcha dare miss out on that one even if you have to take to go! We definitely will return here when in the area again.
We usually do not eat out because we are a family of 5 with 2 kids 5 and under. But today was a special occasion for us in celebration of our kids "Meet the teacher" day in preparation for the upcoming school year. We chose the right place today. The service was top notch who was very attentive to our needs, so much that we were inspired to tip her very well. The food was great as I remembered Olive Garden to be. Thank you very much for the great service. Kid-friendliness: The waitress was very attentive to our needs in regards to the kids. Very appreciated.
Bri/Briana was the best server I've ever seen. The food was delicious, and she was more than attentive and alert. Got us refills without us noticing, was ahead of the game with every request. Fabulous service.Food: 5/5
This is bizarre and a little angering to point out. But today when I dined with my family, I noticed the hostess was separating the tables based on the Race of the server. I was there 2.5 excruciating hours having the worst dining experience. So I was people watching other tables wishing I had another server. That’s when I noticed. No matter what tables came in all white guests for the white server and all Hispanic guests for Hispanic server. I have been a restaurant manager so i was trying to see why our service was horrible. As I watched I thought is her table rotation off? Was she just helping out in this section and she forgot about us? At first I thought maybe that’s just coincidence. But when the second wave of tables came in, and it was situated in the same exact way, I knew it was intentional. And that needs to be stopped immediately. That’s ridiculous. Courtney took long breaks in between coming to the table like 15 minutes or so. On the service side. First she charged us for items that she didn’t ring in correctly for example, we order the kids shrimp Alfredo, with a side of broccoli,. She forgot the shrimp and the broccoli and then re-rang it in and then charged us, for it. Then when dropped at the end of the table the shrimp was undercooked and the broccoli was hard. She forgot my cheese sticks app and my 13 year old daughter was very disappointed. She forgot my salad. She didn’t want to refill our drinks. I had the bottomless soup and salad, but she kept forgetting both. She threw stuff at the end of the table and if we tried to asked for stuff she walked off before we were done talking. I mean mid sentence like “may I have” and she was gone. When she was coming around the corner with our salad. She popped a couple of the toppings in her mouth real quick before making the corner. Then she put cheese on our salad as she was chewing some of the toppings that she had just pulled off. It was terrible! We had to grab our own to-go boxes. Because I couldn’t stay any longer with a 1 year old baby and the 2.5 hours with the worst service imaginable. I’ve been coming here since I was in Highschool and now that I’ve seen that this Olive Garden location is segregating guests and the service is beyond terrible I don’t plan on coming back. There’s no way you could walk through your restaurant on any given day and not notice some thing like that. You should really be ashamed of yourselves. I just want a good server that gives me a good service.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews when it comes to service but tonight was shameful. It took 15 minutes to even have our server realize we were there despite walking past us a couple times. She had to ask about what my drink was twice water no lemon. She brought our salads out then never checked in until she brought the food. Then never checked in until the end. It was dead and she had no other tables. She never checked for refills and another server had to do it and got it wrong but it wasn’t her job to do in the first place. A group of servers including ours was just sitting there chatting within clear earshot while we kept waiting and waiting for ours to do her job. The manager was incredibly polite and generous; I didn’t expect a comped meal because the food was great, but he did it anyways. I primarily wanted our server to be aware she wasn’t doing the job. Again, she had no other tables and the restaurant was incredibly quiet. Don’t come here. Other reviews seem to agree. The one stars, unfortunately, seem to apply here.
I ordered food online. The quality was horrible I called in about it they acted like I was wrong. We ordered 20 breadsticks. They were all hard. Our lasagna which is 20$ was so small had no cheese on top. Our chicken Alfredo barely had any Alfredo. He remade it and gave me a hood serving of lasagna and 5 breadsticks even when I offered to bring mine back.
The Server was top notch. The food was good but was nothing spectacular. The price was a little much for the quality of food I was given, the food wasn't bad but wasn't great either. Everything was clean and in order except the dust that had to have collected on the tables light over a few months. I have allergies and it set them off nearly the entire time I was there. Overall a good dine in but don't expect to be blown away
