I had gone right around lunch time and they were extremely busy. We had about a half hour wait but it was worth it. Even though they were busy, when we ordered our food it was actually done really quick. The food was high quality and flavorful. It was also a good portion for the price. I would recommend this location for anyone who is looking for good Italian food. Parking: Parking was a little bit crowded but we still found a spot not far away.
Good service been here before really good the chicken had a funny taste too it but pasta was great so I didn't eat the chicken.Food: 4/5
Not real busy. Our server was great. Way ahead of us in offering drink refills. Aided us in getting an extra cloth napkin to keep our 2 year old clean. Kept ahead of my husband's need for more soup. We had a real enjoyable day. Kid-friendliness: 2 year olds are messy, but our server helped keep the mess down without ruining our eat out meal.
The food was great and the service and the waiter was amazing. Our waiter’s name was Matteo and he was amazing, kind, and sweet. We had a huge group and he was so patient and he created a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely the best time I have EVER had at Olive Garden.Food: 5/5

Great place to bring someone on their special day! We were very well cared for and highlights included: personable service, a second waitress offering to take our group picture, a visit from the new manager who cared enough to make us feel at home and get to know us, and finally a free dessert for Mom's birthday I think we found our new celebration restaurant. Thanks Sioux City Olive Garden for providing not only a delicious meal but a memorable birthday for my Mom Kid-friendliness: Our 1 and 5 year olds were appreciated and celebrated. Thank you to the friendly wait staff!
Mateo was an amazing waiter for our lunch. he made my day. he was very patient and kind i would give him a raise if i could do that. in my opinion he should become employ of the month and get recognized world wide. #livelikemateo. i inspire to be like him he was so so kind and hard working.Food: 5/5
I ordered salad with my meal and as I was eating i noticed something white in my salad that did not look right. As I am examining it, I felt it was soft and my boyfriend took it and it was a napkin in my salad. We called manager right over and he was very concerned and went immediately back and made the kitchen throw all salad out and came back and apologized. He was very concerned and understanding to the situation. I believe he handled it with utmost sincerity. He did comp the meal and I am most gracious for that. Thank you
We had dinner at this Olive Garden on a Saturday night in June, 2023. It was the night before fathers day and was pretty busy. We had to wait a half hour to get a table. Then when we were seated, it. was at least fifteen minutes before we had any contact with the Olive Garden staff. But then our server visited us. Me were able to give her our whole order since we had plenty of time to decide. We actually knew what we were ordering before we were seated. But we ordered and were able to speak with our server. Her name was Payton. She was a delightful person to speak with. She was excellent as a server. So maybe a slow start. But Payton made our dinner very nice. I will point out as it was well after eight PM. The crowd had began to diminish and there were more and more tables available. That also contributed to the calmer and quieter environment. It also allowed our server to be more attentive to the tables she did have. Our food was pretty good in typical Olive Garden fashion. Nit the best food you ever had. But constantly decent. We finished our meal and went on our way. The predictable holiday weekend slow start was finished off by a very nice ending. So our meal was a good experience. We even met other great folks while waiting to be seated. We more than likely will never be back to this Olive Garden since we were only an overnight while passing through. But if in the area, I would stop in again.
Well, I can't think of anything bad to point out.... love their food. The servers are always nice. And I leave stuffed and happy.Food: 5/5
