I've not been to Olive garden and some years, and I was really excited to be able to get back and enjoy it after all this time.  Unfortunately I have very particular taste buds and the chicken dish that I got was not to my liking. Unfortunately I also got a little bit sick after eating it, but I could have been just to the fact that my stomach is not used to eating richer foods after some time.  The atmosphere was amazing though. The staff super friendly. Especially my waitress miss Faith. Definitely giving her a five star and a recommendation to move her up the business food chain.

Had a great server who made sure we had everything we needed. Food was very tasty, shrimp fettuccine with chicken was very tender and well seasoned. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

I'm a little biased with this review since the food was good once it was warmed back up. I ordered ahead using the website which is very convenient. I scheduled my order to be picked up at 730 pm. At 720 I received a text stating that my order was being prepared and to check in. I was already at the restaurant which was awesome. I was hoping that my food would be hot or at least warm after my 6 minute drive home, but it wasn't. The bread was cold..and the food was less than warm. The bag didn't fall over in the car, so I was confused as to why my Chicken Parm looked the way it did. Anyway, the taste was fine. Each entree costs about $18 each. Next time, I will just go in and order instead of ordering ahead of time.

The service and experience were excellent, as we've come to expect. It does seem like they've made some bad changes with less dressing and non lettuce bits in the salad and less flavor on the bread sticks, at all locations. Much less desirable this way and will definitely affect our decision whether or not to eat olive garden in the future.

It was family night and we loved our server Dedra. She was excellent from the time we entered til the time we left. The salad was great as always. Didn't care so much for the chicken on the  Tour of Italy, but the pasta and lasagna was excellent. Restaurant was really clean and the bartender even made me a pineapple mojito that was not on the menu, but is one of my favorites. All in all my family was happy

As a waitress, this was just the worst vibes. Walked in and waited as there was a bigger party that had just started leaving. Waited at the host stand and made eye contact with several workers, but continued to obviously wait patiently since it wasn’t their job to seat us. Were hollered at from close to the bar ‘Hey! Y’all can come follow me.’ And the hostess had a little attitude, and didn’t ask if we had more coming. We did. As we kept walking I asked for a booth because one of our party is a child and does terribly at tables, and were scoffed and told ‘well, ours are dirty, but here’s a table.’ So we said we’d just eat somewhere else and went to Carrabba’s and they were honestly amazing! And a little cheaper too

Customer service absolutely sucks here! And now they are bringing kids meals way before the adult meals. Because they want to keep kids occupied. Never had this until today. Should ask the guest before you assume that's what we want. My granddaughter was not happy about that. And she finished eating and was bored. Families like to eat together, not separate. My food came 20 minutes later, and needless to, I wasn't happy. My granddaughter was ready to go. I didn't even eat half my meal. She was bored. And now you charge for simple syrup for ur tea that's ridiculous. It's a service you should be providing for the guest. Needless to say, I'll have to rethink coming back. Spoke with the manager he didn't seem to care. I come here often. But service has definitely dropped way off.

Good atmosphere and very good food. The salad has been good for over 30 years. The lasagna and chicken Parmesan are very good. Their prices are a little higher than they should be. But everybody’s prices have gone up lately.Food: 5/5
