Food was just as good as I remembered! Was surprised there was no wait! Got the chicken and shrimp carbonara changed my pasta to rigatoni, and my husband had the mushroom dish, think it's new, I liked better than mine! But both were really good!Food: 5/5
Went to dinner last night the waitress was super nice . I have no complaints about her . I was however upset that the food took forever to come out . We were there for almost 2.5 hours and they were not busy . I asked a few times what’s up with the the food and she said any min a couple times . When the food came out it was a super small portion almost like a lunch special. I was disappointed but at least I had plenty of time to each like 5 salads .
Great restaurant. Me and the wife hadn't been here sense I went vegan. But we where surprised to find they had multiple vegan options. I got angle hair spaghetti with lots of veggies , it was great. Plus you can eat the bread sticks if you have them leave off the butter. Great meal I would definitely recommend them if you want some vegan spaghetti
We arrived after 7:30 PM on Thursday evening, and given a 20 min wait. Much of the dining room areas had only a few diners. We were taken to the large elevated open area, which was very full. We experienced an unexpected reaction from the seater, when asking about handicap accomodations. Another staff member heard the exchange and apparently went and reported it to management. Management addressed the issue in a professional way. Our server was terrific. The food was plentiful and prepared well. The dining room was quite loud, as we were surrounded by families with small children/babies. The experience started out offputting, yet the staff interactions beyond that were great. I even made a point to let the manager know how great our server was.
I feel terrible for restaurants during covid… how do you fairly rate a not great experience when you know everyone is trying their best. Either way, the wait time was 45 minutes despite being told much less. As we were taken to our table it was clean at least half of the restaurant was closed likely more. The server was trying hard but a bit flustered because he had a ton of tables. That means you wait for simple things like water and salad refills. The food was just ok, not great- but not bad by any means- but did come on time. I’d say during tough times this was an acceptable experience and I thank everyone for working despite the difficulties.
After a short wait, for our table then drinks, there were no issues! Other than my eyes being bigger than my stomach. Food was hot and delicious. Wait staff was friendly and attentive! Baby was in food heaven.
The server was nice but service was slow. The tea was very weak and they don’t have mushrooms on the menu. I know they are blaming Covid for dropping them off the menu. The Toscana soup use to be good. Now it sucks. Has no flavor I went this long without Olive Garden guess I can do a lifetime ban
Today was an amazing dinner. They made our visit perfect. The chicken scampi was awesome. My aunt and moms chicken margherita they said was awesome. My grandmas chicken tortellini’s was amazing. Thank you for making our lunch date perfect.
Me and my wife had a spectacular experience. Our server, Marcie was excellent. She checked on us often, refilled our drinks, bussed our dishes and was very friendly. It's become rare to have such great service lately but we will definitely return again soon. The food was also very well cooked and our appetizer came out at an appropriate time in relation to our meal. If you go to this olive garden, ask for Marcie and tip her well!
Our server LJ was great. No complaints towards him. No complaints towards the host they were also great. Waited 10 mins on a Friday night after 6pm. The alcoholic beverages were also tasty. But the food was gross. Also the portion sizes have went down completely. We started with chicken dumpling soup and literally had no chicken or dumpling in the soup. So we just dipped our breadsticks in. Our server told us that the kitchen was backed up so I asked for another soup if they made a fresh batch because we didn’t get anything in the last serving. He brought another bowl of the same. No chicken or dumpling again. Whatever waiting for my favorite chicken Alfredo. It took a little over an hour for chicken Alfredo because that’s all we got. Three servings of room temp, rubbery chicken, and half a serving of the food. Completely dissatisfied. Won’t be coming back to this location. Hoping the new one in highland is better. But if not I guess Olive Garden’s quality has completely gone away. This is not a first this has happened at this location but we loved Olive Garden before. But sadly won’t be returning which is sad because the service is great there. Also this picture below is my food just mixed up and then realized there was barely anything on the plate so I decided to take a picture. I remember the good ol days of Olive Garden. spent $100 on nasty food.
