We stayed in Minneapolis 2 nights and spent 2 evening in this restaurant. I strongly recommend. Delicious food , nice staff, high quality service for reasonable price. My kids love pasta Alfredo from kids menu.Food: 5/5
We came a little before the dinner rush at around 5 pm. We got a table within 5 minutes and got our food fairly quick. As we ate our dinner, more customers walked in. Our food was beyond delicious, and our server was so nice and attentive until it got busy. Overall, it was a great experience. Great food. But when it's busy, expect delays with seating and food. Side note: We order the shrimp fritto misto for appetizer, 6 oz sirloin with a side of alfredo, Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara.
The food was good. We called a couple of hours ahead of time to reserve the tables, but we still had to wait about 25 minutes to be seated. The staff was friendly and courteous, but there was a delay in getting the food. Maybe the kitchen was busy. Overall, I'm happy with the visit.Food: 5/5
Just finished lunch, and wholly cow that may have been the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Service was slow and terrible restaurant was NOT busy, one person in our party had plastic in their soup, another had raw pork sausage in theirs. It seems this location did not in fact survive covid, they are just a shambling zombie that hasn't realized they're dead yet.
Great experience! Just popped in for a quick lunch while on the road. Laura was our server and she absolutely made our experience. So sweet and friendly. Service was incredible. Our waters were never empty and with our unlimited soup and salad we also never ran out of soup or salad. But, we never felt like her presence was too much! She was only there exactly at the right time. Unlimited soup and salad is such a great deal as well, only 8.99 per person and is exactly what it sounds like. Breadsticks as well. Thanks!
Why, more importantly HOW is Lily a manager? She talked to me with utter disrespect and attitude when I asked simple questions about the menu. Very unprofessional and made me just want to go somewhere else for food. Id rather eat 2 day old McDonalds fries than have her look at me with that smug face for more than .5 seconds. I understand people have bad days but if you are in that position as manager you should act like it and be respectful to paying customers.
Went to this maple grove olive garden for dinner and there were floating bits in my water and small chunks of food and small hairs stuck on the inside of the water glass in multiple areas. It was really off putting and to be honest I can just make spaghetti at home. I get that it can definitely be hard to make everything just right when there is such a demand to serve a large quantity of people in a short amount of time. So I don't particularly blame anyone or think that they are carelessly being dirty but let's be honest, it's olive garden and there's a good chance ur plate is going to come with some leftovers. I have always noticed this going to olive garden. Service is alright though. She helpfully and swiftly gave me a new glass of water after I asked and even followed up after to ensure I was more satisfied. So again most likely isn't careless cleaning but rather olive garden doesn't provide effective and efficient cleaning methods for their customers OR their staff to have more sanitized plates to eat off of. Hoping they install bigger kitchen space for staff and more electric dishwashers that can be cleaned regularly. Of course, I do believe their standards of cleanliness should be redefined and encouraged by staff to participate in. For now, the mysterious brownish colored bits on plates and inside cups will just be a regular experience for customers going to most olive garden locations. Also thinking back to eating off their cutlery makes me feel queezy because who knows if my forks and spoons were secretly preseasoned by dishwasher, food scaps before being wrapped up and given to me.
Great and friendly service. The server was always around to fill beverages or bring more salad/breadsticks. The unlimited salad was fresh and full of a variety of stuff. The breadsticks were soft and warm. The main course seemed to be a bit overpriced for what you get and how it tastes. It tastes fine, but not very flavorful.
The service was great. But the wait was crazy was told 15mins but ended up being almost an hour. Someone that was over an hour late for their reservation was still able to be seated before everyone else that was waiting and on time.Food: 5/5
Service was excellent. It was not very busy but it was extremely cold out so I’m thinking most people just didn’t want to go out. Food arrived very fast and was also very good. The restaurant was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Prices were reasonable.
