I NEVER say no to Olive Garden, it's my comfort food. I pasta!!! You can never go wrong with all you can eat salad and bread sticks. It was my first time eating at this location, since we are new to the area. We wanted to eat elsewhere but this was the most convenient choice. Glad we came to be honest. Blaze was our server and he's the BEST! He took great care of us. Thank you for the wonderful chat fellow New Yorker and my complimentary birthday cake!!! I left full and satisfied. I ate the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken fritta. Yum. My cousin ate the Chicken Parmigiana. My mango-strawberry iced tea was quite tasty. No pics of my meal just my birthday cake...Sadly. I know this isn't authentic italian food but it satisfies the craving...a quick fix. Thank you! Vegetarian options: There are plenty of meatless options on the menu. Parking: We were lucky to find parking in the entrance of the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: So many families with children and high chairs to seat them in. OG is a family friendly establishment. Wheelchair accessibility: There is hsndicapp parking and sidewalks for scooters or wheelchairs to enter. They are pretty great with this.

I planned a graduation dinner for my son at this location since it was close to the University of West GA. I spoke with two hostesses in advance about a prix fixe consisting of two entree options for a party of 12-15 guests. Guests had a choice of chicken Alfredo or spaghetti with meat balls, along with the salad and bread. When we arrived our table was ready and we were able to set up the balloons and cake. The only issue was the prix fixe menus were not printed in advance and on the table as planned, the hostess manager quickly resolved this by printing out menus for each guest. SHOUT OUT to Jared and Isabella for excellent service!!! They were friendly and attentive, turns out Jared went to high school my son…small world. Overall a great experience, and the entrees were delicious!
If there are good reviews on here, they're bots or paid. This place is the definition of hot garbage. The management has to be more than inadequate because the place is outrageously overstaffed and totally inept at the same time. Nothing comes out in a decent time, the service on multiple occasions with multiple servers has been some of the worst I've gotten anywhere. It might be redeemable if the food was good, but bagged soup and room-temperature, soggy noodles are the best they have to offer. The second star is because I'm impressed it's still open.
The service was friendly, we was seated quickly n they greeted us coming in n leaving . The waiter was so professional n even helped me with trying something different to drink. It actually was a special drink he put together. It's tea mixed with Sprite. I didn't like it, but it was fun to try. The food was excellent n My family n I will be back the next time we are in town.
Told Goddy here and we were supposed to eat in, but ended up taking the food to go due to an emergency. The food and desert was good. And the waiter was very understanding as well as accommodating when we had to change the order to take out at last minute . Thank you by the way.Food: 4/5
We had a party of 6 for lunch today. We came in and were seated within 10 mins. Our server took our drink order, then gave us the wrong drinks, Twice. Two times we had to swap glasses due to the fact that I am a diabetic and received sweet tea both times. The food took 50 mins to come out after we ordered. All but one plate was correct. The other 5 plates were dry from sitting under the light. The server only checked on us if we flagged HIM down. All in all the worst service and food we have ever had in a restaurant. We were so embarrassed as we had people form our church with us for Dinner. We will not recommend this location to any one we know. Over all a very disappointing experience and a waste of money. All but one person got something to eat on there way home, from a fast food location.
We just had dinner tonight and we sat at Abigail M. Section. She gave us her full and best service tonight. Rarely we get a five star service. Thank you Abigail M. For the best service we ever got eating at Olive Garden.Food: 5/5
So we ordered steak and salad 3 of them. And one shrimp Scampi . With extra bread sticks. We paid 120.00 for dinner pick up. We went in and ordered. We gave waitress 20.00 tip for taking our order. Went out to car to wait. Gave boy 5.00 for bringing it out. We did a quick check at the food. Everyone food was there. Got it home. Steaks were not cooked right. Bread sticks were hard and cold. And shame on them. The Scampi. Had about 4 shrimp and I kid u not. No sauce and hardly any noodles. We usually go the olive Tree in Villarica. They are delicious and a lot cheaper. We thought we would try here since we had been to wal-mart. Never again. Food is so expensive and ppl just dont care anymore. Good luck. We will continue to go to the olive tree from now on.
We had lunch after church this week. Party of 2 - we were seated immediately. We had Christine as a server and she took very good care of us. We started with the calamari as an appetizer and of course the salad & bread sticks are always great. My wife got the Shrimp & Chicken carbonara and just got the spaghetti and meat balls. Both were delicious and we both took home a large portion for leftovers. I've eaten at many Olive Garden locations around the country and the thing I like best about them is their consistency. You can always count on a good meal!
