Went to dinner with my wife while staying in the area. Now this blows my mind. How can a big franchise like Olive Garden charge $20 for a Chicken Parmigiana and the chicken be frozen chicken patties ??? I can tell what a frozen chicken patty taste like......not so good. Staff was good place was clean but the chicken patties blew my mind. I attached a photo. Judge for yourself. I won't be going back.
Really good, seriously plenty to eat! Waiter was stellar and yeah food was delicious. Is this my go to Italian restaurant, umm no, but for a now and then pretty delicious!Food: 5/5
I know that people like to talk smack about Olive Garden, but my partner and I went to one in Scranton and honestly the food was probably some of the best pastas I've ever tried. We ordered both the seafood Alfredo and the chicken and shrimp carbonara, and they were delicious. The venue was very nicely decorated and very thematic with good music. Kudos to our server Josh, he was amazing.
Their prices seem to have gone up significantly, especially for desserts. One piece of dessert was $10! Other than that, the staff is friendly and nice and helpful and the food is better than average, though you should never call it authentic Italian. Parking: Large open parking lot right in front. Lots of spaces for handicap parking as well Kid-friendliness: It's a family restaurant so kids are always okay there. They have devices on the table to entertain the kids if they don't have their own device to play with. Wheelchair accessibility: It's all one level in flat so it's easy to get in and out and there's plenty of handicap parking available.
IDK what happened to the Olive Garden, but their food went right down the drain! I've had worse, but I've had so much better! I couldn't even order stuffed shells because they did away with them. Not an Italian Restaurant anymore! I must say our server was top notch and if we ever decide to give it another try I want this gentleman! He kept everything pleasant and without tension! I wish more servers were like him! Parking: Lots of ppl go, not sure why. It reminds me of another restaurant I've given multiple chances to and wonder how they're still in business Kid-friendliness: They have games for the kids to play at the table. Video games. Plus family oriented as well Wheelchair accessibility: It's flat from the get go. Double doors so easy access
Would never buy the to go entree ever. Followed the instructions and the sauce got separated from butter, half the sauce turned into butter and the pasta got dehydrated. I couldn’t chew and didn’t eat. Called the restaurant and they said they can’t do anything about it.

We usually gravitate to local establishments, but we were away from home on the 4th of July and most local restaurants are closed. Olive garden to the rescue! Solid American Italian cuisine if you're looking for authentic Italian you might be disappointed, expectation management. The chain does a great job of keeping the experience consistent between locations. My wife enjoyed salmon and broccoli, a relatively healthy option. I enjoy a longtime favorite, lasagna. The atmosphere was pretty good for a large place, a little on the loud side but not too bad. The temperature outside was over 80 degrees, but inside the restaurant I was quite chilly. Luckily I had a coat in the car which I retrieved and wore while inside. Olive Garden isn't usually our first choice, but on a day like today it was big a relief to see it on the map!
It’s been a while that me and my family visit this restaurant. The greeters were there but not to serve the paying costumer !! Food was good we got chocolate lasagna chiken and shrimp carbonara pasta and the fritta mixta ! server was good location was clean but the restroom need to be clean !
