BEST SERVICE EVER!  They really went above and beyond for me.  I have a lot of food allergies and most of them are fairly new. So when it was time to pick a place for my birthday dinner - I forgot about my new garlic allergy.  I was so embarrassed! It had been a long and full day. When I realized what I'd done, I figured I'd get a tasty dessert and go someplace more sensible. Before I knew it, Rachel, Diego, and Ron had all come over to see if they could help. The last thing I wanted to do was to put people out, but they were determined to find something that I would and could enjoy. I also have to give a shout out to the kitchen staff who executed their Direction so well. The food was amazing and their gift of time even more so. The last shout out goes to Vinny the manager, he didn't just come around and check in. We had a real chat with him and enjoyed it.  So I definitely don't recommend going with a garlic allergy, but the staff here are clearly fixated on making sure every customer has a delicious meal. Good food and good service is the ultimate, isn't it?  Wheelchair accessibility: 100% accessible. I was in my manual chair, but could also have used my scooter.  Dietary restrictions: They really are determined to make sure you have a meal that you enjoy. Talk to them and tell them what things are allergies and what things are choices because it makes a big difference in the kitchen, but either way they&#39;re determined to make you happy.

Cannot say enough good things about the stuff at this Olive Garden! We showed up and we're seated within 7 mins after waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes at the Cracker Barrel down the street! Our food came out incredibly quickly! The server Claudia was fantastic and friendly! The bathrooms were clean and the food was great! The only nitpick I would have is the macaroni and cheese was clearly not fresh and should've been remade, outside of that everything was wonderful!

Love a good OG! Ton of food and well worth the price! Love me the amaretto sours : chicken scampi always a hit. A ton of parking here as well. But I didn’t like that the soup to go to had to come in these little containers. Waiter explained that she’s not allowed to give us the full containers because they are bigger or something but I had never heard that

Waitress was very good. Did not eat my entree there, but it looked very good. Salad was as usual, very fresh and very good. Only hiccup was when she said they had no chmpgn for my girls peach bellini.  How does a bar run out of alcohol?  But they "found" a bottle n comped us the replacement drinks. However their glass of water on a scale of 1-10, does not make the scale. It is just plain, possibly unfiltered tap water...HORRIBLE

They messed up my to go order. They messed up twice at the restaurant & on an order to go. The waiter said they don't give shredded parmesan cheese. I ordered grilled chicken, they put fried chicken on my fettuccine alfredo.Alfredo. I thought it looked funny until I tasted the nasty fried chicken.Food: 1/5

Had order an appetizer and I found hair in my appetizer. They brought me another one and there was another hair found.  I spoke with the manager, Olivia and she took the appetizer off my ticket and brought me a third appetizer. This one had no hair.  Then we notice that one of the soups had hair on the plate. The manager, Olivia came back as if we were the issue. I asked her if the cooks or individuals in the back wear hair nets. She said yes and also that the waitress and waiters are required to wear their hair neatly back. She also stated I am not sure why y'all attract hair. I just look at her because that statement along was not customer service friendly or  professional. She provided me false information because my waitress and trainee brought out the first appetizer and her hair in was a curly bun. The second appetizer was brought out by a young male that did not have a hair net or straight hair.  Ms Olivia also stated that everyone in the back had straight hair, which this was also false because the second gentleman had short hair and he was African American.  Everyone at my table was African American except on Italian lady and we had all types of hair from locks to long braids straight blond  I am not pleased with the direct comment “I'm not sure why y'all attract hair”.  I  will not be back to this location because the lack respect and cleaniness from the kitchen!  Gave a three star because my waitress and trained did wonderful in serving.

Diego was our server and he was so accommodating. I was just coming for a quick lunch but he made it feel like an upscale dinner experience. Highly recommend asking for him and tipping well!. Food was great too!  Kid-friendliness: When you’re here, you’re family! It definitely applies.

Have always had good service here. The food taste fresh. Prices at Olive Garden have shot up, so I don’t think the value is there anymore. With that being said, would recommend!Food: 5/5

My sister and I came here last week and there was a literal roach crawling around in our booth while we were eating. We moved tables but the manager didn’t come by until after we paid. He was apologetic, he did give us a $25 gift card for next time…. Obviously we didn’t want to dine-in after that so I placed a to-go order and I had a coupon for a free dessert. Tell me why it came with a caramel sauce literally smashed in the middle of it?? Cheesecake on the bottom of the sauce container. Olive Garden is already mid, this set the bar even lower. I will not be returning.
