It took over 25 minutes to get a server. We had to go to the concierge twice to request that we get a server to take our order. Finally, we got a server, who apologized for the delay. Our server, Paul, was extremely pleasant and nice, and did his best to give us good service. Accordingly, we gave him a 31% tip, and expressed how happy we were with his service. There were pieces of torn napkins and food on the floor next to where we were sitting. The bathroom needed attention. The trash can was overflowing and there was too much water around the hand wash sinks. Parking: Enough parking Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible
I know it’s olive garden and not a local shop, but this is a well deserved review! From service to food, we were really well taken care of… I had the “Tour of Italy” and it was way too good! It is a mix of different things but the lasagna did it best for me… My friend had chicken and shrimp carbonara and it was really good as well though I would rather have just lasagna. Overall the service was great, we were well treated and served, food was awesome, and the environment itself is nice, quiet and enjoyable.
The food is terrible, I have no idea how this restaurant is still in business. It seems like a upscale McDonald's. But the service was fantastic. People working their work hard and are nice people. That's why I'm giving this Olive garden or two star rating. The food would be a zero rating but service is excellent. Also I ordered a steak medium and they gave me a well done steak. They gave me a new steak and it was still well done. Do not order the steak.
Poor service. Once we were done eating, the waitress came over to collect the plates. She asked us to stack all the plates and hand them to her. My dad who has limited mobility of his shoulder was grabbing, collecting and stacking plates and handing them over to the waitress. We also ordered an Italian Margarita and got what looked like someone else's left over shot. I brought this to the attention of the waitress and she just shrugged her shoulders and blamed it on the bartender. When she came over again I mentioned it to her again and this time she brought the manager over. He apologized and came over with my glass with just a tad bit more. I've included a picture of the unacceptable shot of Amaretto that was given to me with my italian margarita. We spent $600 on our check but received very poor service. One and done for us. We will not be back.
Had a nice dinner at this Olive Garden. The appetizer artichoke dip was amazing after it was recommended by our waitress.Who by the way gave us excellent service. Dinner ended with a tiramisu for dessert and the sweet treat was eaten in the car on the way home. Overall I had a really good meal and will return again to that Olive Garden location.
Went in for lunch around 12:30pm and was seated right away. Service was great and the food came out hot and fresh. Table and booth was clean and not sticky. I was so full from the salad. I couldn't even eat all my food. Bill was under $24 can't go wrong here.
I ordered all you can eat soup , salad and bread sticks.. The soups are sooo salty. It was way too much salt.. My lips and tongue was numb for hours after eating there.. I felt sick the whole day.. I would never go back to Olive Garden again.. Dietary restrictions: Don't eat there if you have high blood pressure. It will make your blood pressure to sky rocket.. the soups are so salty , it's unbearable.
This is 1 of our favorite restaurants, and we were happy to be able to dine there once more. We love their soup, salad and their bread sticks . "YES."Food: 5/5
I’ve went here quite a few times and I have to say that I really enjoy dining here. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to check this place out. They also provide great customer service.
We had a nice time! Everything came out really good! We enjoyed the appetizers, cocktails and pasta dishes! And let’s not forget those breadsticks and dessert! Great service as well!
