Personally, I do not like to go to Italian restaurants when dining out, I prefer to cook my own. However, every year on this day, we go to OG for my grandma in honor of her memory. My favorite is Fettuccine Alfredo. I asked for it with chicken and broccoli. It was a bit more bland for my taste since I prefer alfredo with a bit of a spicy kick like cayenne or red flakes. Even without spiciness, a bit of salt and pepper, and it was close to perfect. I also had an Italian margarita. It was tasty. As much as I prefer a traditional one with salt on the rim, the sugar really worked well with the flavor. My son had the pizza, and children always seem to love pizza. Obviously, the breadsticks are amazing, and the salad is great, I love their Italian dressing. Our server was very kind, efficient, and pleasant with us. I am very happy that we came to this particular OG today. He was very attentive and on top of everything, and not just with us, considering it was dinner rush as well. Overall, we had an amazing dinner experience tonight, leaving with full hearts and bellies. Vegetarian options: Pastas can be ordered without meat. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and those screens on the table to occupy them if you want to pay for that.
Overall, everything was great. However, we had the pleasure of sitting next to the kitchen and now know why the breadsticks are warm but also very dry. They bake way too many at a time and consistently put more on top of others in a big drawer. The drawer couldn't even close most of the time. Other than the breadsticks, the food was great.
What a great experience at Olive Garden. It was our first time at this location. Our server Mel went above and beyond and we felt like family. As always the food was amazing Food: 5/5
I really hate giving a two star review but I want be honest about my experience so when I add all the factors together I feel I got two star service. First, the hostess that "greeted" us was not friendly at all like expected when entering an establishment for dining. She was rude and seemed bothered. At first I just thought it was me but my husband came in a few minutes after we were seated and asked me what the hostess problem was, needless to say he got the same treatment. Secondly, our waiter was either not very well trained or new. Will someone please teach him that you DO NOT palm the top of a drinking glass when serving it, no one wants to put their lips where you just had your hand, especially the guys at my table who do not use straws. He probably just didn't know, easy mistake that can be fixed, but still gross. We ordered pretty quickly an appetizer and all you can eat soup, salad, and bread sticks with endless dipping sauce. We waited 30 minutes before anything was even brought to our table. They could have least brought our salad out. He finally came to let us know the soup wasn't ready and asked if we would like our salad. He finally brought out the salad and bread sticks. The bread sticks were hard like they had been sitting awhile and we had to remind him we order unlimited dipping sauce. At this point we still hadn't gotten our appetizer. Finally, after receiving our appetizer and finishing our first bowl of soup and salad we continued to sit for another 45minutes before he even asked if we wanted more soup or salad. I understand places are under staffed, and I am usually pretty forgiving and patient about the situation but, it was no where busy and there were plenty of servers. I am glad my husband wasn't on his 30min break or he wouldn't have gotten to eat at all. Unlimited soup, salad, and bread sticks should be readily available at lunch time. Within a two hour span we got one salad bowl for the table, two bowls of soup with zero to little gnocchi, hard bread sticks, an appetizer as part of the main meal, rude hostess, and a waiter that palms my drinking glass. This is not the quality and service I would expect from Olive Garden.
What a wonderful time I had at Olive Garden. We had never been to this place before. We were treated like family by our server, who went above and above. As always, the food was fantastic.Food: 5/5
3 on atmosphere because I kept looking up to see if any of the layers of dust built-up on the light above our table was going to be coming down on our food. Cleanliness of a restaurant should always be top priority regardless of whether it's fast food, a mid-range, or a high end restaurant. Parking: Parking around the restaurant is always scarce but available. Worst case scenario it is in a shopping plaza with plenty more parking so you can park a little further and walk a couple minutes to Olive Garden.
a great location of the popular Italian-American chain. the place is pretty big with lots of seating available inside and bar seating. we came in during dinner time and were seated almost immediately. the staff is super nice and friendly. we started with the fried mozzarella- warm, crispy, and cheesy, served with marinara sauce. we opted for the salad and it is great as always with their Italian dressing. i had the Eggplant Parm- crispy breaded eggplant slices covered in melted cheese, served with spaghetti and marinara. the eggplant part of the dish was really good, the spaghetti was just okay. i also tried the Baked Ziti- a classic combination of ziti topped with marinara and mozzarella, baked until it’s super cheesy. that was pretty good too.
Omg, Mandy makes the best Island Rum Punch. My favorite botox client and I will always come here after her botox appointments.Food: 5/5
I had the chicken alfredo. The food was okay. My waitress served our food and said she would be back with drinks. Me and my daughter and I almost finished our meals with no drinks, so I walked up to the bar to ask for some. After being ignored by 2 other staff members, I asked a kind lady who was polishing silverware, and she was helpful. I won't be returning
We love the service and the food. Definitely have a good time every time we come for a visit. Update 8/11/22 Dinner tonight with our fily and we had a great time. Food was delicious and service was good! Over all happy we ce for dinner!
